I've checked also again now and it shows July 7 & 13. I guess you're not the only one who checks this thread because less than 10 hours ago it showed tournaments are starting in 18 days.

Could you please make the time shorter maybe even put to zero for opening a HU table when there is no table running at some stake?
Or there is not even a time frame it has to be 3 players?
It’s very frustrating when you see 2 players in the lobby but no action or when somebody busts hu and exit the table and when he wants to rejoin even after a second he has to wait.

Hello guys

I opened an account on Unibet on this May then sent in all of my verification documents which were all fully verified.

I then deposited to the site and played for one day there. After that day my account was closed without any reason from the security team.

I did not receive any email from Unibet during this time and the live support gave me no reason as to the closure of my account. Furthermore, the money in my account was stolen from me and not returned via my deposit method.

Be extremely careful about depositing any money to this site, they are clearly running a scam operation here.

I am not a professional poker player hence why I have never posted on these forums before.

My deposit method is via Skrill which is fully verified and can be fully verified if requested. I can fully verify my account with a video phone call if needed.

Posting here so that everyone is fully aware of the scam they are running before depositing any money to this site. Please don't give these crooks your money.

I have filed a formal complaint with the Malta Gaming Commission and will update with any reply received by them.

I also went to post on the Unibet Community Forums but since the account is closed I'm unable to do so. I would greatly appreciat if someone is able to post there for me.

c. request documents to verify: (i) the identity of the Account Holder, (ii) his/her authorisation to use a specific Card and/or (iii) other facts and information provided by the Account Holder. Such request may be made at any given moment and Unibet reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation;


d. transfer and/or license, without prior notice, data regarding an Account Holder to any other legal entity, in any country, ultimately managed and controlled by Kindred Group Plc., subject to Unibet guaranteeing that the said data at all times is transferred and managed in accordance with applicable laws, data protection acts and/or similar;


e. transfer and/or license, without prior notice, the rights and liabilities regarding an Account Holder to any other legal entity, in any country, ultimately managed and controlled by Kindred Group Plc., subject to Unibet guaranteeing the liabilities being honoured;


f. hold and manage funds belonging to Account Holders in accordance with generally accepted guidelines for cash management regarding such funds; this may include a Financial Institution and/or a Payment Solution Provider being entrusted to hold funds in the name of and/or for the benefit of Account Holders;


g. forfeit and/or confiscate funds available on a Unibet Account and/or refuse to honour a claim, in the event that, directly or indirectly: (i) the Unibet Rules have been violated; and/or (ii) other unauthorised activities have occurred in connection with a betting event and/or the operation of a Unibet Account (such as, but not limited to, breach of the law or other regulations, breach of a third party’s rights, fraud, and cheating);


h. suspend and/or cancel the participation of an Account Holder in the games, promotional activities, competitions or other services, whenever Unibet is of the opinion that there are legitimate concerns that a Unibet Account is, has been, or may be used for illegal, fraudulent or dishonest practices;


i. suspend and/or cancel the participation of the Account Holder in the Services, and/or forfeit and/or confiscate funds available on their Unibet Account if the Account Holder is found cheating, or if it is determined by Unibet that the Account Holder has employed or made use of a system (including machines, robots, computers, software or any other automated system) designed to defeat or capable of defeating the Client Application and/or Software.


j. Decline and/or reverse the withdrawal of unspent or otherwise unused deposits until the verification of these funds is deemed satisfactory .

Lol no. First time poster accusing of a scam is more likely you have opened several accounts or some other way broke the tos.

Unfortunately it's not possible to set limits inside a certain product, we can only block poker as a whole product.

I read the text a few times but I don't fully understand what you mean, could you please specify what the problem is and maybe give examples of when it happens?

There is a delay in registration by design, since it's a blind lobby, we need to prevent players from joining purposely each others game, for example in cases of chipdumping, maybe that is what you mean?

Would just like to pass on some more detailed feedback about playing Unibet poker on an Android tablet and how frustrating it can be in comparison to playing on desktop or even the older Android versions of the client.

Firstly it's a real pain trying to top up your stack on the cash tables playing 1 table and an absolute nightmare playing 4 tables. It's just not easy to access and is hidden from view. You have to click the top left tab for a drop down menu which obstructs a player and stack size, click rebuy, drag the bar to the max then click rebuy. That's 4 actions.





Whereas playing on a PC it's just 2 actions. There is a top up tab on the top right of the window, you click it once, the amount you want to top up is already set to the max and you just click deposit. Nice and easy.



Playing on a tablet used to be exactly like this and I have no idea why it was changed to a slower process. It just makes it so much more hassle and inconvenient. It benefits both the player and the site to have as much money as possible on the table as fast as possible. This doesn't help.



Also the leave table/sit out options are also more of a hassle playing on Android as they are individual to each table. There is no option to sit out all tables next BB/next hand or to leave all tables next BB/next hand. This means a ton of extra needless clicks in comparison to the client on a PC.





Yet on the desktop version there is simply another tab to the bottom left of window you can click, a second click does it all for you. Completely avoids all the multiple clicks the tablet version makes you do. Again it used to be like this in older versions and I have no idea why it was changed to another more inconvenient, slower process.






Lastly, if you're playing a tournament or sng, the tournament details cover a number of players and stack sizes. The PC client isn't like this and has a neat info tab which doesn't obstruct any important information.





I do feel strongly that if you just had the Android version mirror the desktop version (like it used to) then the playing experience would be so much smoother and hassle free. There's also so much empty space at the bottom of the screen to make this happen. Nobody who wants to play on a tablet likes all these needless clicks. I hope this feedback helps move the client to a more efficient way of working.

Could you tell us what is the point to tell unibet open qualifiers, that if they play 1a of the main event and go into the final day, they gonna get extra night in the hotel and travel expenses, but then they do go that deep like for example in London, their were told by one of your manager Kasia, that we are sorry, but we not gonna do that, cause you signed before the tournament that we can change rules

Regarding the rebuy part, NMPfan already pointed it out, you can click on the plus + next to your alias which will save some clicking time.

Your question got answered by SleazyP84 It's about the flop community cards, not your hole cards.

What for? Whats gonna change if you know my details? You can see who played 1a and got into the final day from qualifiers anyways. I think more important is that you make a clear state, that is you position about this situation and how you gonna act in the future.

@Bronislovas why do you have to be difficult like that, just give the alias or whatever user details so he can check what happened. He's not omniscient. Being difficult at the live event might have lead to that response as well, instead of a we'll do whatever we can to assist you which is generally what they do. Of course idk what actually happened in this particular case and might have had nothing to do with your attitude and maybe there were other reasons.

I wasnt the guy who was told that you not getting what belongs to you. I know that guy and he didnt want to escalate it publicly, cause he thinks that Unibet might gonna treat him badly in the future.
I do think that where were a managers mistake or something, cause i never heard such a thing happening in Unibet open events.

Thanks to you both. I hadn't even noticed the plus symbol. Perhaps make it a more prominent colour for those of us with failing sight?

I haven't tested it but assuming you also have to drag the amount bar up then click something like okay or deposit which would make it one more action than the desktop version. I'm best actually trying it before making anymore assumptions tbh though!

I talked to Kasia about this and she can't recall having said anything about extra hotel night/flight costs or similar.

Could you please PM the details of what exactly happened according to your friend? Or even better, ask him to contact us ourselves. We will not treat him worse because of that, we just want to know what happened.

Generally players get informed that every qualifier that makes the final table and registered for day 1a, receives the extra night in the hotel paid by us and also the flight change costs (up to a reasonable amount), in London we had not like usually the final table on day 3, instead 19 players made the final day.

I'm happy to investigate this further but for this, I would need to full picture including the player details.
