Had to close the client and log back in, by time I'd done this half my stack was gone.

Havent disconnected today but keep timing out instead. Sigh.

Seems like everyone else is timing out or disconnect as well.

Same thing happened again in the next SNG, I'm going to stop now until no more reports coming in. Would it not be better to stop the client until its fixed when its seems so widespread?

been playing from just before 1pm british time and was getting a lot of disconnects. now when I try to log back in its showing a technical error try again later.

the last half an hour has been as bad as ive been experiencing the last few days

Obviously I still have backlog in this thread to work through. Sorry for not replying to some posts, and sorry for the whole problem in the first place. Once we know for sure this has been resolved we'll figure out a way to make it right.

But we have found a hardware problem at the ISP and it should have been replaced. We THINK that the problems have been fixed. If anyone gets disconnection problems from here on out, please let us know as soon as possible.

Depends where you live - payment options are dependent on country. Payment options aren't huge outside of the core markets though (GB, BE, NL, FI, NO, SE, DK)

Everything seems to be sorted for me now.

I note that other players are still disconnecting occasionally, but I guess that could be a fault on their end.

Let's see how it does over the weekend.

But yup, we can't afford for it to happen for the 100m hand. It was bad enough at 95m - we were the 4th biggest site around according to peak players, and we'd like to keep doing that.

I haven't done anything. I work in the London poker team, not the Maltese ISP. If you mean has anyone on our side done anything - then yes, see the previous post.

Have seen this twice today - latest now. Counter is running, and it reacts when hovering over active elements. After a while it goes "not responding" and counter stops.

Have to kill it and restart.
Not sure yet how to reproduce, but both times happened after client being minimized.
