Maybe a good idea would be to make tables virtualy capped. On capped tables you buyin for normal 100bb amount but play only for 20-50bb. You can do the same for usual tables and for it to stay normal it just needs to move buy in cap to 200-500bb. To prevent marking you can show only amount in play (100bb), not bought into. Because anybody who currently buys in shorter than 100bb is marking himself already, so we only have 2 problems: people not knowing/not wanting auto rebuy and legislation where you need to confirm risk. Making buy in cap x2-x5 of usual and not showing table "balance" to anybody but player himself fixes both of them if I'm not mistaken.
I know it's worse than a non issue for a weak player friendly room and I'm not trying to push multitabler/pro agenda here. It's just that playing Banzai or Omaha is brutal. If you run bad you must make extra clicks after every single hand basically. And some other players start to think if they should rebuy multiple times and it just slows the game down. Very tilting.

That isn't an exchange they usually do.

If you don't want to be hassled with tickets the best thing is to ask for a playthrough bonus so you get the cash added to your account as you go along.

I've also noticed this. Timing almost completely out before making a decision. He also played very "weird"...

If this is the future for poker bots, then we have nothing to fear. :-)

Hi Andrew,

Here we are again, i will be back later with a post regarding my last post, but this is also important and can't really wait, i think, but i don't know for sure tbh....

I was gonna report another chipdumper through live support, but after a weird experience the day before, i did not want to spend time with live chat for reporting chipdumping, i thought my time was better used at the tables.....(i will clarify this later)

This is the screenshot for yesterday, the handnumber you can check; chipdumper = yarem1 ; chipreceiver = gfxgfdgfd

So let's clarify why i did not wanted to wate my time again (bad/weird support chat incoming)

---

You are now chatting with Greg
william: hensiepensie
Greg:
Hi. Welcome to Unibet's Customer Support! My name is Greg. How may I help you today?

william: hi greg i want to report a colluder/chipdumper
william: the receiving player is bukovel4
william: giving player wa bukovell7
william: *was=is
william: hand 511194693 is evidence
william: and hands around that number too
william: i trust you have enough info? then i will grind on
---
Here i think they have enough info, and i can my grind on.....also it is really really ****ing annoying how the "table priority" ****s up using your pc to just write stuff/copy paste stuff....after like a minute or two he come's back and the story apparantly continues......
----
Greg:
For security purposes, kindly confirm the following: Your post code, date of birth and e-mail address please?

william: really? for giving a colluder reporT?
william: but ok
william:
william:
william:
william:
---
for privacy i obviously deleted that info, but then Greg asks the following....?
---
Greg:
What Alias did the colluding players have / What Alias did the chip dumper and receiver have? What Table ID (and Hand ID if possible) and time/date for cash games / What Tournament ID(and Hand ID if possible) for tournaments.
---
I am like WTF!!! i am playing a lot of ****ing tables, i already gave all the answers (except maybe the time, but i gave a handnumber, so they don't need the time). i continue to grind a bit and try to copy paste my previous answers, which is a ****ing pain because of the "priority", i takes me a bout 2 minutes to copy the first line of text after writing....
---
william: maybe 10 minutes ago
Greg:
I would need those details in terms to send the report
---
here i am like "dude you haven't read a thing i wrote? or wtf?
---
william: i already said everything?
william: chipdumper = bukovell7
---
apparantly he sees that i wrote all the info, or just wants to get rid of me, because i don't jump through his hoops.
---
Greg:
Ok thank you for the information

william: thank you

----

I hope you understand that if i report a chipdumper, and i do that instantly, so you can block their accounts and hopefully the damage to the players and unibet is as small as possible. I would prefer it not to take long, especially if im playing lets say 8-10 tables. I understand the need for verification, but i already mentioned my full name and login when i open the chat...
This experience made me not report the other colluders yesterday, because tbh i just don't want a chipdumping report to take that long, it should be fast as ****, and imo the acounts reported should be put on investigating immediatly, but if unibet really is becoming slow in this aspect i dont know......it kinda looks like the dumpers are the same guys, and they are taking advantage of your strategy that includes a security team thats understaffed in the weekend (at least it seems like that)
maybe i am wrong on the last point, i hope so, but again this takes a lot of time and i really want to spent my time in other ways

Cheers,

Hensiepensie

I just want to elaborate a bit on what Ariebombarie/Hensiepensie said earlier in a few posts. I also feel like it's quite hard to get a simple thing like changing poker tickets done. Last week I went to the live chat 4 times for one conversion, and it is still not done. They are working on it now, but it went wrong for several reasons. Someone said the ticket I requested to be converted, were not active, which is really weird because I have a lot of tickets from all different kinds of species in my account, and another person forwarded my request to the wrong person. Although I have to admit, I really feel like the people at support are friendly and want to help, they are not all even competent in all the things they have to do, and I think something like changing poker tickets should be possible in a way more simple manner.

The most simple way is ofcourse just writing it down and every x hours someone is checking up on it and doing the conversions. This is the way how it is dealth with on the community forum and it is, as far as I know, working very well. As we all know, it is not accessible for the Dutch people (yet?). As support is very slow if you send them an email, I thought of the idea of making a special email address for the community or the poker team, where everyone can send the ticket conversion they want, and it should be checked up regularly ofcourse (not like this thread, once per week, this is no needle, but that way it wouldnt work). I suppose there already is an email address internally, because every CS employee sends the request somewhere. It would be way easier to have this or an alternative address public, so we dont have to take the intermediate step everytime, which takes a lot of time sometimes. That way we could just write the email to the right person directly.

Another option might be to create support for different areas of Unibet. I know this would be a BIG change, a lot of work and can't be realised easily. But I wouldnt mind for example talking to an english support employee, if this employee can do things like conversions immediately.

Hope you can do something with the feedback. On the other side I also have to admit it is a pretty awesome option to have your tickets broken down, because that way I can keep grinding a lot. Without this option, I might not have been around playing Poker anymore, because my ticket roll was busto a lot earlier! So it definitely keeps players longer in the game!

----

Other question: Could you please be so kind to extend my double trouble ticket again. I have to play soccer on tuesday evenings, but in two weeks the season is over, so hope to play it then.

I have some break on Unibet made by holidays -3weeks.
I started multitabling and looks that software is not heavy for pc like previously but i see that is problem with table priority. I playing 8 tables and they are covered by each other on desktop. Many times i am mucking my hands and i dont know even about it. Its hard to explain... client just doesnt gives enough time to make decision and skips to another table or something like that.

It's a package to the 3rd Unibet Open stop. It's not been offically announced yet but it's Vegas. It's a €3300 package

It has to be €200 total for the week. If you lose €210 one day and then win €20 the next you are not eligible as your total win/loss would be -€190.

That does seem likely if it's from 21 years old. Seems a bit of a crazy place to have it though especially if it is not announced till the last minute.

Some people would need to start arranging visas around now to be sure of getting one in time to book tickets at a reasonable price.

3 of the streaming ambassadors have unofficially said it's Vegas so they're either all in on the joke/swerve or Unibet are just waiting for the final paperwork to be completed/a nice time like UO Copenhagen to announce it.

Sounds like it's going to be end of August/start of September so that's +2 months for visas.

If I didn't click myself back in quickly enough and missed a hand, I then got sat out next bb on all the tables, even though the "Sit out next bb" hadn't shown as being selected on any of them. After I had missed the bb on all the tables, I thought everything should be back to normal, but even the following orbits all kinds of weird stuff started happening. For instance I got stacked in the CO, got the reload window, reloaded within the time limits and was normally dealt into the next hand in the HJ. After that hand I'm suddenly sitting out waiting for bb in the UTG Also, this time "sit out next bb was" selected.

I had a bit of overlap with the tables so I couldn't see all the situations that were happening, what positions I was in etc. and I didn't have time to play any longer either, so can't tell you exactly how it would have proceeded. But last night playing my normal stakes I was confused af twice for like 10 minutes, and basically quit my session after I completely lost my focus having to click myself back in here and there, over and over again.

Still not 100% certain on the logic behind this bug, but my best guess would be that when you time out and miss following hand, it messes with the table prioritization, so that when it's your turn to act, a table no longer gets prioritized. 4 of my tables overlap with each other a bit if I play 6 tables on my laptop, and I usually find myself timed out and in the muck at a table that is not showing without any warning, if I've timed out and missed the following hand recently. This I guess then turns into a vicious circle of getting sat out, until maybe I've played bb at every table or something (just a guess, IDK). I guess being aware of this, checking all the tables for my turn to act from now on until it gets stable again will solve this for me.

As for table prioritization, a couple of recent changes/features really bother me :
1. I can no longer select a table by just clicking anywhere on the table window, but I have to click on the grey bar above the table. Why is this? If there's no thought behind this change, could it please be fixed so that if you click on a table it will be prioritized again?
2. I wanna have table prioritization on, obv as sometimes I play with a few tables overlapping, and also because I might just be browsing the internet or doing whatever else while playing. But I could really live without table being prioritized again when time starts running out (i.e when it gets to the red and you get the warning bleep). If I've had table A prioritized once (when action gets to me), and I want to prioritize table B and get back to table A after I've acted on B, I really think table B should stay prioritized even if A is about to time out (I misclick min-raised 80€+ into the nuts the other day, when table A jumped up with the raise button right where I was gonna click fold on table B.) Also with having to click on the narrow taskbar, and minding the minimize and close buttons, it's such a b*tch to manually prioritize a table and then have it auto-prioritize somewhere else again very soon.

edit: The more I think about point 2, the more absurd this feature (bug, if you will) feels. There's no way another table should be able to jump up on top, if you've manually prioritized another table, no matter what's going on with the timebank. If no other table is prioritized (say you're browsing the lobby), then it's obv a fine feature. It's been a while since I've played on any other site, but intuitively I'd say that is the way it has been on sites considered to have good software, pre-December Unibet too presumably. Although I didn't need to overlap back when 6 tables could be tiled without everything (cards, fonts etc.) becoming agonizingly tiny, so table prioritization has never been an issue that I've paid much attention to before this client.
