I am really hoping that Unibet does something really cool for Canadian's for the 3rd UO assuming it's in North America.
Hate to sound selfish but we can't take advantage of 80 percent of the casino promos and I have never seen anything devoted to the America's.

Playthrough. You can't top up your cash ticket if you drop below 100bb.

FWIW, the old client still wouldn't give me the option to update when I tried again this morning, but using the download link to the .exe on the website worked fine and the new client is now installed. I haven't tried playing on it yet though.

Why is my verification taking this long,most of the others sites don't take more than a day,but I have submitted ID last friday and still nothing.

I love Unibet's software and the support is great but i would really like to withdraw some money and I am unable to.

Hi Andrew,

I had a Saturday stack ticket ($ 25 ticket) which was about to expire today. I registered for the 21.45 tournament yesterday and today, but there were not enough entrants (2), needed 3 entrants. I have print screens if you would like to see this confirmed. Can you maybe refund or extend the date on this ticket since I wasn't able to play those two days and I was at the Millions event in Nottingham last week and lacked the time to play then. My screenname is ttr1ui. Looking forward to the upcoming Unibet open in Copenhagen.

Bug Report:

Yesterday I had a short disconnection (server side, my internet worked just fine), after that the tables wouldn't pop up on action anymore (I had to restart the software).

Today the same thing happened, after I accidently timed out at a table.

Hi Andrew I accidentaly bought 5 playthrough bonuses but I thought they were straight up cash bonuses .

Now I already have one playthrough bonus which is 140e and it will take extremely long, if i finish it at all. Could I have my points refunded?

Few bugs still happening:

An 18 man cap tournament is still starting with 3 tables, however the should start with 2.

The software just randomly crashes multiply times a day, maybe like once every 1-2 hours. Everything else on my computer works fine all the time. Been like that for a while. Same for my friend. Anyone else experiencing the same? Possible solutions?
