Was enjoying my time on unibet until the last week. The withdrawal process is frankly a joke and support don't appear to be allowed to do anything. Both documents I submitted have been approved and I was even paid a withdrawal quite quickly. Then I made a further withdrawal, this was placed 'on hold', I received no email with information about this. I have spoken to support 3 or 4 times now on livechat and their message is consistent, they have no idea when this will be completed, can't give me a timescale and categorically refuse to even reverse the withdrawal back into my account.

It is almost like they consider it their money. Being from the UK usually the withdrawal process from online sites is quite quick. This is by far the worst I have experienced.

All I want is the withdrawal reversed back into my account while they do whatever checks they apparently need to do.

It is a really small amount so I can't understand what is going on.

Yeah i found the way to play from laptop. Since you know my old lap is, only DirectX11 rolleyes so it's, my technical problem, but yeah you still lose hands at the start of a mtt because tables, just don't open from web client.....

Long time unibet grinder and I must say the last month or so the software has been very stable for me...
Only had a couple freezes and I've played easily 50+ hours this month alone.
I play 6 to 8 tables and most of the time have windows media player and browser open...

It is more stable now, at least it isn't crashing that often but the old bugs permeate and the new ones appear... The issue is that overall the feeling is, big Unibet strategy is that Poker doesn't even Have to , function all that good.... wink wink, some of these bugs (tables not popping to action, in desktop client) prob push off more recs than grinders but yes, recs are welcome to Casino, they are being advertised all over.

For what it's worth these things happen in -Web Client. Which has only one active window that it opens in, from browser. Which gets stuck in Lobby, 'Table Alert' icon flashes but even when you click it it can't go to the table in that one same dedicated window, as it usually functions. So no it is not an Add Blocker, i am also trying it in multiple browsers without any. It all works from one same browser window and in it it navigates through lobby/ tables, just like the -mobile app. But sometimes it works so as intended and brings you to -the table , sometimes not. So you just sitout. All this is also long reported in Unibet Community by few people but nothing gets fixed, and the Web Client is because of bad main client optimization still the only laptop option for a number of... guess... recreational players.....

You can't transfer tickets from a specific satellite system into any other tickets except for that same satellite system.

The topup and waiting list issues were fixed in the hotfix mid-Feb, and are included in today's release. There should also be CPU lag improvements.

I'd definitely like to see this, but it's hard for the developers to do because of how it was implemented in the first place. It's one of those things that takes ten times the effort of any similar improvement, so it's always near the bottom of the list I'm afraid.

Screenshot in there. Looking back at old screengrabs it looks like you can only see one less MTT on the list than before but it looks so much bigger.
