Yeh, sorry. I should've been clear before, and I should've set out some rules. I am fine doing it for people who got near the top of Challenges because I didn't set it up very well. It could queue more bonuses than you ever had the chance to clear, particularly if you got quite lucky with your completion speed.

For those people, I can exchange PENDING bonuses. For everyone else, I'm not going to exchange bonuses. You can see where this would quickly lead to trouble with e.g. the welcome bonus.

Let's say that I'll do this for players with lots of PENDING bonuses up until Friday week, so Apr 10th. I don't think there'll be many requests, but I'll take this case-by-case. So although you got high in the system Whatnot, you don't have queued bonuses so I can't exchange them.

Sorry, I will only do this for people who get a long way in Challenges and have it queue up a lot of bonuses. I know that accounts still on the welcome bonus can have a similar situation, but the welcome bonus is a "gift" rather than something that people earned via Challenges.

Andrew, I contacted support re grievance to a disconnection. Offered a €4 ticket as way of compensation. Thought it rather insulting and told them to take it back. To make matters worse, They failed to adhere and said they would keep it on account. I have told them i will cash out funds and to stop future deposits to my account. They have agreed to the deposit request yet the €4 ticket remains. I will have to use my remaining tickets before leaving so til then for the love of god please remove this €4 ticket. I think you need to look at your table balancing algorithm. I was playing a Unibet Open tournament and I think we were seated at a full table and then when somebody else registered I was moved to play him, but rather than making it 2 5-6 handed tables it was (I assume) 1 full and we were left playing HU on the other table.

I had that happen a few months ago as well during a Satellite, also with late regging. Did it take a few hands before the tables were balanced correctly?

It can work out to your advantage as well: I got about 5 minutes of me-time by myself at a table today while 2 other tables were playing the bubble.

There is no lobby, if you close the client and reopen it the table auto opens and you cant view active games, the client olny shows how many people are playing each stake.

about the glasgow package - can online players play on Day1a?

Restarting the app fixed it, as it does for the tiny table bug, the invisible table bug, the disconnect bug, and the payment issue bug.

Its a sitewide problem. I experience that all the time. I think it is because of Unibets choice of having a slow high graphic site (Adobe Air) instead of other sites' more smooth feel.

For instance in their live betting section, outcomes on fastpaced sports dissappear all the time and you have to reload the entire (slow) site. Sometimes it gives the 'not logged in' or 'a technical problem occured. please try again later' errors. Reloading the site does the job but is obv very annoying.
