Seriously, what would be the problem with this?

-FTP catches cheater
-FTP compensates those who were cheated
-There is not enough money in cheater's account to cover aforementioned compensation.
-FTP leaves account open so that cheater might unknowingly deposit again.


While some people might disagree, banks in America do this all the time wrt overdrafts and that is the #1 reason why banks push for direct deposits on payroll...so that an overdrawn account is not abandoned and they can collect on any money they are out and get their overdraft fees.

I'm not a huge fan of banking in general, but this is super standard on FTP's part.

Now, if the OP is innocent, this is a different story altogether.

lol this happens all the time in the US without proof. they do give you an explanation most of the time though and you got an explanation also (banned for collusion). a teen in utah got arrested for rapping his order at mcdonalds (he didn't even cuss). ppl even get convicted without proof regularly.

i pretty much like what fulltilt did if the op cheated. give the cheater a chance to make some money to pay back the ppl he cheated and if he tries cheating again they already know and those ppl get back their money instead.
