Hello guys, I'm gonna try to explain you my sick story with the best english I could.

3-4 days back, i made a new deposit on full tilt poker after a break about 3 months. I register in a 10+1$ tournament, about 1000 players and after some hours I finally finish 4th with about 650$ late in the night.
When I wake up the day after, I have connexion problems with a message telling me to contact support. I see that I have an email that tells that my account is banned because i would have been involved 3 monthes earlier in collusion with a player and that full tilt poker decided to keep my money.
After many mails, they did not change their mind and I am very angry because :
1) they tell they have evidence but don't show them to keep catching people
2) they keep 650$ to their own profit
3) if it was true, they could have banned me for 3 months
4) they've been waiting that I make a new deposit on the site, and win money to ban me.

All of these are unfair practises in my opinion but there's no discussion cause THEY ARE FULL TILT POKER, a super site making much money and that does not care about little players. I am really disappointed. I don't know what I can obtain here but, at least, advertise you about this arbitrary power they use without any kind of respect.

I've heard about stuff like this and frankly I'm concerned as well. I recently deposited after taking a long break and now I play on my laptop at a ton of different locations and I'm concerned they might ban me for no reason.

So you really think that a site that is making bajillions every month is going to start banning peoples for no reason and risk to ruin their reputation/business just to get to steal a few hundreds here and there ? you're so cute

somehow I think you didn´t tell the whole story, but if this is true I wouldn´t give up and tell them you´re spamming pokerforums with your story until you get at least a decent explanation.

Well did you actually collude with someone?

If so then Full Tilt probably refunded those parties effected and are using your $650 to help cover costs incurred due to your cheating.

Agreed, there is more to the story, I know if I made millions a day and I saw the perfect opp to steal $650 I would do it too.

LOL @ risking their reputation. Online poker has such a great image. They would probably do this because there is no recourse. They can't get caught and if they do nothing happens anyway.

Regardless if he cheated or not 3 months in the past... this has nothing to do with this tourney and they should refund his deposit. If this stroy is true than this is a clearly angle shooting on FT's part. They are taking a freeroll with his deposit. If he loses they don't care and if he ever cashes out then they freeze his accounts. If story is true then it indicates that FT might have known about about the collusion 3 months ago... and put his account on a list, and they only drop the hammer when he wants to cash out. If he's a cheater than they have no regard for other players who are continually getting cheated.
