I have Sprint. I signed up and deposited. When I click on table it says I cant play until my phone has been verified. In the account staus I clicked on unverified under and says it sent a text for me to verify. I did this a few times and haven't got a text. My buddy has a similar problem.

It is comparable to the current Stars.com monopoly rake schedule but keep in mind that many regional nation-restricted online sites (read: sites that were set up in country, not sites that allowed the monopoly to operate in their borders in exchange for $$$) such as Svenska Spel, win2day, etc charge vastly less rake than Stars. Terrible is not hyperbolic as they are charging comparable rates to what you see in some casinos in Nevada for an online service that costs a miniscule fraction as much to run.

It'll be interesting to see what happens when we start getting some competition in the market. Price fixing almost seems almost inevitable in online poker since many customers are relatively ignorant of price. Should that come to pass it'll also be interesting to see how it's handled.

Maybe get a cheap pre-pay phone that's not on verizon or sprint? I used my ****ty Net-10 phone and I got a text right away.

so whats the verdict here? do we have to answer that text every day, week, month?

My friend is having the same problem with Sprint , he never receives the text so he can't get his cell phone verified

Okay, so my girlfriend has a nevada cell number and she's actually going to be visiting there in a week, so if I use her number to verify while shes in the state and she responds for me will it work?

No, it will not. Every single time that you login to the client, it checks the location of your cellphone.
