Yeah, Windows says it is "Unsafe" . Quite a way to start off an online gaming business.

Any cash games that are currently running? What about hand histories?

I'm not totally sure here, but your anti-virus may be claiming it unsafe because it's a new software and unverified.

That is my understanding, yeah. You have to be physically in Nevada in order to be eligible to play for real money.

so if we had a cell phone in nevada, and could get an ip that was from nevada it would be possible to play on this site.

My understanding is they are using Ultimate Bets old software. It was comprised and sold many times. I do believe WPT uses the same software and probably a few other company's. This could be the reason why Microsoft is flagging it and why it does not run on a mac.

This thread can probably answer many of these questions, and there is an UP rep in the thread you can ask:

Just downloaded the client and im excited about any opportunity to play legally in the US again.

I think its an awesome idea to be able to both deposit and withdraw at any Station Casino cashier cage- money in your hands in seconds!

I just hope that other states opt in as soon as possible so the player pool grows quickly.

Hats off to the guys making this a reality and as quickly as they did....

I hope they upgrade the appearance of the software soon though, and let us drag out the size of the poker table to fit our screens better. It's too small.

Can anyone tell me when the Verizon problem will be fixed.

I don't intend to change my phone company, and I'm sure there
are many people here in Nevada who have Verizon.

I don't believe Ultimate Poker would want to shut out players just
because they have Verizon!

So please let us know when this will be fixed!!!!

You need a real nv id, period. you must prove residency.

If you really want to circumvent laws, just play on vpn like so many do.

Nope. You don't need a NV id nor be a resident. Your address can be from anywhere. You just need to physically be in Nevada at the time you want to sit and play.

This is incorrect. You just have to be physically in NV when playing. You don't need to be a residence. Furthermore using a VPN will get your account confiscated so I'd strongly advise against doing this.

I live here, and was asked to send in my id and utility bill already.

so yes, it's true, you need to be in nv, but if you live here they want id.

fwiw, vpn's are safe, 100%.

And I'd prove I could use vpn if I could actually login in again. lol.

So they know exactly where I am from my cell phone? Already they're better than the cops on The Following.

It's not a problem with verizon software or anything, rather verizon not wanting to work with them at the moment.

Rake is a little worse than normal, only because of rakeback. Rake on a normal site is 5% with the same caps and 30% rakeback which makes it effectively 3.5% rake. Rake on this site is 4.5%.

No 100bb tables. All are 50bb.

I downloaded the software with no problem . I live in Mesquite Nevada extremely close to the Arizona Border and I keep getting the message unable to verify Nevada location. I have AT&T so it is not a verizon issue. I moved from Connecticut a few months ago so my cell phone number is a Connecticut number. I contacted customer service awhile ago with no reply yet.
