Starting this to see if a Stars Rep can assist with problems coming up in the migration.

People have said they have problems with Stellar Awards not showing up. Player notes missing. Some other issues updating the client...and ones I may have missed.

Stellar rewards progress lost

Can't register for spin n go (tells me I will be able to after 14.05??)

VIP Store bugged and showing old received stellar rewards as available for purchase (but wont let you buy them at least)

You are lucky guys - I can't even upgrade so as to play at the moment....

Am also unable to access my account to withdraw funds as it seems PS don't want me to play anymore...

FTP upgrade went fine so....

I think its possible the stellar rewards thing is just a display issue due to the client being "reset", fingers crossed anyway.

Notes are back now still no BOOM option and no Stellar.

i think it was mentioned there would be problems at first and it may be bit slow but cannot remember where that was mentioned.

of course it will be sorted out just be patient pokerstars put a lot of work into getting into remaining in the UK market and pulled out of many other markets for that privilege, they do want out business and they will sort it.

that been said with all the benefits been cut recently it may just be things like stellar rewards are no longer available to us which is annoying because I am near clearing another one.

whilst we are on topic does anyone know if they have announced the changes to the vip program for the UK yet? it does make a difference to what games I will target there if any or if my business is completely taken else where. obviously I would like to see this for planning purposes sooner rather then later, however i do have several hours of training videos and then stats analysis and reflection to get through so guess can do that whilst I am waiting.

Can I get that assurance from a Pokerstars Rep please?

You really should back them up once in a while. The file can become corrupt if/when the client crashes (or PC crashes while client is running.)

We are looking into the issues.

* Spin & Go issues should be resolved now
* The stellar rewards items posted is being looked into and should be fixed later today.
* Notes: We are not sure what might be going on and will look further. If you are worried about your notes, we would suggest that you back up your notes before migration starts.
* Other issues: We are looking into them as well.

ok I understand that you may feel it is a bad time to announce the changes to the loyalty program for the UK, i can appreciate that.

However at the very least could you give us some sort of time scale as to when this will be announced it would be useful to know for planing my poker studying time in the mean time.

FWIW, I have emailed Stars to ask this question. I got an automated response telling me this would be revealed in "due course"

I don't think you'll get a response from Stefan about this.

I logged into the old .com software, had a big red message come up saying i need to upgrade software (fair enough), i click the upgrade software button and it just reloads the old.com software? Help? Thanks

Guys any UK player outside UK today tried to upgrade/ migrate client/ system? I am in central Europe and not back in UK until next week. Jezz! Can't migrate/ download/ play now

Someone posted in the NVG thread that SnG's are already reduced to 5x VPP (from 5.5x) in the UK client. Wasn't supposed to happen until Jan but at least we know now.

My update doesn't appear to work? The red "upgrade software" box comes up, once I click the client closes, reopens only to the same message? Anyone similar? My Full Tilt upgrade has worked fine fwiw, also I'm using a mac OS X.

Other issues - this is response is, with due respect, totally f____ing useless.... I can't upgrade full stop - so any other issue thereafter is instantly moot...

KINDLY SORT THIS OUT AND GIVE US A TIMESCALE...

I can confirm the 6max turbo sngs are now at reduced vpp rate.

I would rather know now.

I had about ten tournaments running, including big stacks in big 75 and hot 33, suddenly unable to act on my hands, try changing software and it says I have to unregister all tournaments, which i obviously can;t do seeing as there running. I'm a poker player I don't follow what the date is I don't even know what day it is, pretty unimpressed by this.

have some of the above problems, firstly address this, the weekly $530 omaha mtt has moved 3 hours forward on the schedule, cheers for the hu on that one i must have missed the email or promo spam, secondly the first of the sattelites is scheduled to start 6 minnutes after the target event....time to jump on the bandwagon

I'm stuck in limbo.

The first part of the process was simple enough. I connected via the .com client and was prompted to migrate to the .uk version.



But the new client refuses to download for me.



I'll send the log files to the support team if necessary, but I'd guess they are a little busy right now. I think my problem might be unrelated to the migration anyway, as I had connection issues a few days ago too.
