IBAS is the main alternative dispute resolution entity and they are not fit for purpose. AFAIK the UKGC say that a refusal to use alternative dispute resolution cannot affect statutory rights. If a UK court has jurisdiction, proceeding with the intention of going to court will always be as successful as alternative dispute resolution.
