Troubles finding my affiliate for Bwin

I am having troubles finding out who my affiliate is for Bwin back when i signed up in march 2016. Have never really used the account and having troubles finding out who it was.
I contacted Bwin and all they could give me was the bonus code i used when signing up which is 40SCRATCH25A, Does anyone recognize this code?
