He wasn't referring to potential overlays tonight. a $5 PLO tournament tonight doesn't have much of a factor on WSOP attendance.

The bank accounts have been seized. No one is getting **** until the gov lets it happen, and don't think the date, April 15th, is a coincidence either.

It's surprising to read ******ed **** from a good poster. What gives?

Alex Jones is a conspiracy theory spouting, tin foil hat wearing idiot. But yes, vote for Ron Paul.

forget check withdrawl's.. how about allowing player to player transfers so people might be able to get their money. I use paypal to get money off the site by transferring to a friend who then sends me my money on paypal. And with the tranfers down I am screwed

sooo, to cash out or not to cash out as a US based player on PS.. I think I'm just going to leave my pending wire transfer and hope it will cash out. I can see it being rejected and returned for PS, but not stopped and frozen.

As you may have heard, PokerStars has had to suspend real money poker services to people based in the US due to legal developments there. These developments are confined to the US and do not have any impact on the ability of players outside the US to continue using PokerStars services.

Please be assured player balances are safe. There is no cause for concern about loss of funds in your PokerStars account. For all customers outside the US it is business as usual.

The PokerStars website has been moved to www.pokerstars.eu, and the PokerStars Support email address is now support@pokerstars.eu. PokerStars apologises to all players for any inconvenience caused by this disruption.

Please be aware that PokerStars Support is currently experiencing a very high volume of emails, so response times are delayed. Player emails will be answered as quickly as possible.

It is understood that many players, especially those from the US, may have additional questions or concerns about these changes, account status, and cashouts. The information above is all the information available at this time. PokerStars management and legal team continues to review the situation and will provide additional information it becomes available.

As there is no additional information available to pass on, I will not be answering follow-up questions at this time. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

I know for a fact that US players can still play at Full Tilt because I've been playing tonight but I can confirm the above statement about deposits and withdrawals processing normally is false. Neither are allowed currently.

Any Mac users of Absolute Poker out there? What's going on? Why are only PC users able to access the server? I can't be the only Mac player in the world....

There's zero info about this....

Doubt the admins on 2+2 will either. This shows why we need to get PPA a lot stronger.

Democrats and Republicans agree on one issue.

Ban online poker, sports betting, casino. Legalize online stock trading, horse racing and lottery tickets.

See you in Vegas.

As you sit at your computer, upset and not sure what to do, email your Congressperson, Senator, and even the White House. Tell them to repeal H.R. 4954 Title VIII aka the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006! It was actually an ammendment to a Homeland Security SAFE Ports bill. Representatives like Barney Frank have already introduced bills to repeal this bogus act.

WRITE YOUR CONGRESSPERSON! DEMAND that they support repeal and instead support legislation that can increase tax dollars, and even deter underage and problematic gambling, while still allowing responsible American adults the opportunity to enjoy and compete in a true American past-time.

This message is addressed to players outside the U.S. What about the people that are actually affected? Is our money safe and when can we withdraw it?
