Here's what happened to me:

1. First I got an email from Titan poker which said that all Hungarian players accounts will be closed and I was encouraged to make a withdrawal request.

2. I contacted Live support which said that it isn't the case and that I can continue to play. However she would check with the higher departments to make sure and send me a mail about it. I also told them that I'm not Hungarian and dont live in Hungary anymore but seems like that part was always ignored...

3. I go to sleep and meanwhile I receive an email that I they will close my account after all and I should withdraw.

4. I wake up some hours later, read the email but before I can even make the withdrawal my account was closed and titan poker stole my money.

I was a diamond VIP player and this is how they took the opportunity to snatch all of my cash. This is not the kind of behavior that you would expect from any trustable business.

After spamming them with mails they said they can open my account if I send them documents to prove that I now live in a different country. I did and never heard from them again.

So what does this mean to you? That's for you to decide. Apparently they can send emails and close accounts and keep the cash. I don't know how fast this can occur and if it is possible that they can send anyone an email over night and just snatch their cash while they sleep?

They are not keeping your money. You will get it eventually. Are you living in hungary still? If not just call / ask them to call you and sort this out.

Legislation situations sucks but that's not ipokers to decide.

If I would get the money back eventually I think it is strange that they have ignored me for 2 weeks now...

Playtech was and always will be a bunch of ****ty poeple. Maybe not so true for bet365 but defintily for titan.
