Look, what Chiren has done poker-wise is not all that impressive. He's slightly better than breakeven at smallish stakes over lots and lots of hands.
I appreciate some of his youtube videos; but his use of Tania (is that her name?) and his sometimes immature nature are probably NOT the image that Stars is looking for.

I think Pokerstars is more interested in the popularity of Chiren, rather than his skill. He has just under 300,000 subscribers on youtube, and with one video could make thousands even tens of thousands of people make an account on Pokerstars and invest money. Many of which already have.
