Yes but it's likely only 2+2ers (who checked up T6) and people who did their research would find out about this and I'm sure among them there would be some forgiving people that have may given them a chance anyhow.

All this bollocks really affects everyone though including people that have never played at T6. Think of all the innocent, have-a-go casuals (i.e fish) who decided to try T6 who have now been screwed and will now never try online poker again because it seems like it's one great big scam?

You might argue that people who don't do their research are dumb but when I started internet poker I was naive enough to think 'well they got adverts on tv and have loads of players, how can anything possibly be shady?'. (Then I lost with QQ against 3,6 in a $4 pot and thought 'this obv rigged..' but that's a different matter).
Er getting back to my point people that don't do their research on the site beforehand might be foolish but it's still in everyones interest to have these players protected. Afterall we want to play these people at the poker table, not have them scammed out of everything by the site and it's scum owners and have them never deposit again.

Yes this is very true I lost tons of money through MGS and battlefield poker. I always figured my money was safe cause MGS is a big casino. There wern't any warnign signs really as nothing was posted but....

Even if there are warning signs most players who don;t frequent this board wouldn;t know what to look for anyways. I mean what does do your research mean? Spend hours googling? Looking for what exactly? Talking to poker room support wont give you real answers.

Most people simply wouldn;t know where to begin searching or what information would be important, and unless you hang out on poker forums its unlikely you would know anything about warning signs.

Yeh the rake was pretty bad on party back then.
I should have twigged that a $4 pot wasn't standard for a $10/$20 game.

i had any problems all the year to withdraw i can t take my money back since the begining of august an then i stopped mi september to play
i saw in october they made some qualifiers for belgium championish i use my frezzz money to play for it and i won a ticket and surprise the entry was effectivly paid ...

I read all comennts and i think we should bring this to the next level , i am declaring big cash reward for anyone who help me get my money . Of course, nobody deserves to have their money stolen like this.

But hey, the poker community as a whole and the 2+2 community in special has warned from minute one about all the alarm bells surrounding T6poker.

As far as I know, Costa Rica does not give out licenses to gambling sites. Pretty much anybody can start a gambling site there. This ugly Monrovia seal on the T6poker website seems like some fake way of trying to earn from their clientele.

The Kahnawake Gaming Commission can hardly be called a gaming commission, as proven by the way they are set up, and by previous experience, including the Absolute and Ultimate Bet cheating scandals. I'm surprised you even got an answer from them.

I think pretty much the only thing you can do is hope for the best and consider this a lesson for the future. Good luck!
