Please advise or help me in my case with STRYYKE! They blocked my account and don’t pay my 7 000$!

I’m a high limits poker player. I was an online Pro Player at STRYYKE. As I easy rake at least 20 thousand dollar rake per months, stryyke offered me in September 2008 a VIP deal, which could keep me playing and raking at STRYYKE.
So after dealing with the STRYYKE’s Boss through their country manager, they did me an offer and I agreed to play at stryyke.
This country manager is not working at STRYYKE anymore, he left them in October 2008.
The Deal was - I had to open a new poker account with the following poker nickname – ProStryyke, as their professional stryyke poker player. Then I should receive extra money for my staying and raking at STRYYKE, because they needed rake for better positions at OnGame network. Plus I should play in big online tourney for stryyke’s cost and split the earned money with them.
That worked ok till December 2008, but I was sick and tired of plenty of problems at stryyke. Then I decided not to be their Profi, pushed on partial cash out and almost stopped playing at STRYYKE. I was waiting 2 months for my 5000$ and they promised me to pay out each week and it was paid partially within two months. Unbelievable!
After receiving my 5000$, I ordered in the beginning of February another cash out of 4000$. After they ignoring me again within another 2 months, they answered me per email that they blocked my account and I won’t receive my ordered 4000$ plus 2000$ left on the poker account. See the screenshot of the email below. I couldn’t believe it !

Please give any advice or contact, because I want to get my money back !!
p.s. and those guys are going to Amsterdam Affiliate Program from CAP at the end of the months. What’s going on in this world!?

So was you overpaid or not? I can't understand if you are disputing that.

It looks to me like they are trying to weasel out of having given him those bonii by saying he violated T&C's, but I could be wrong. Kinda scummy, as he likely has no way of proving it was ok'd for him to play on a second account and that he was supposed to receive extra bonus money if the manager is no longer there.

Is this standard in prop deals like this?

You have also violated our terms and conditions by having 2 player accounts. All pokerrooms have the same T&C's to try to avoid bonus abusers and we take this matter very seriously. Both of your accounts have been blocked due to this reason.

Has an affiliate manager recently left you site? One he may have made this deal with?

did he clear the bonus and you just not like the having the 2 accounts or was bonus mistakenly paid with no clearing?

it isn't very clear here if OP has earned the bonus and stryke is trying to screw him, or if 12K just landed in his account and he assumed it was his.

Alot of **** with Stryyke, I think they have like $40 000 in debts to Pokersavvy.

unbelievable, you first do all your best to do a VIP Deal with me, because you need rake, give me all information what should I do and then just block my account and they fo, we will keep the money.


You mean it was me who wanted to open the second account, what for.

Your position was -I must play without my affiliate and receive 8x Bonus + what my affiliate got from you for my playing. So in this case I had to open a new player account not to be tracked through my affiliate.


I contacted your former manager and he said that he would like to provide me the screenshots of email where your owner confirms the deal in german and says
"do your best, get the guy", but you blocked all his stryyke entries, so no email box acces!



And once again - it's you who made me to make the second account and play as ProStryyke.

It's you got me under your deal with 8x Bonus + %% above

You never warned me that you will stop the deal and I don't have to play for it.
