I had same problem at first. Their support is quick and they will give you a number to call if needed. My issue took about 12 hours for them to fix. I don't know what was causing it but it seemed they knew and handled it.

Ultimate Poker has their entire CS handled from Las Vegas, which WSOP outsources to Israel .... not exactly the benefit WSOP promised to Nevada.

The WSOP support people I have dealt with are in Antigua. I fully support sites using localized support, which RG does. The quality is higher and that was one of the promises made when pitching regulated igaming.

Anyone having reoccuring problems? They have made me verify my details about 4 times. Every once in while i log on it says i havent confirmed my account to play real money, which I have and need to go through the process again. I also swear I cant click buttons. I attempt to click raise nothing happens. This happens with every action. It almost seems like when i cant click it will just autocheck and then fold me, but i stay seated at the table. This is in a cash game and it seems like someone could easily blind someone down doing this. I will try and get a video if its still doing this later.

The site won't allow me to verify any player information and always refers me to customer service. Anyone have a cure for that?

Wow just decided to try it out due to a spam promotion E-mail I received. Worst site ever. Only took 20 min to log in.

It's always nice when someone tries something bold. Wait, scratch that. An inferior product that costs more and provides a significantly worse user experience? That's not nice, smart or profitable, which they'll learn soon enough.

I deposited based on the same 3x high hand promo that probably interested you. You didn't miss anything. The regs would leave and kill the game when I joined to keep me from hitting the high hand. I would leave and they would sit again and play until I returned, then they would leave again.

The players chatted openly about splitting the high hand bonuses when they thought nobody was looking and only the colluders were seated at the table. They discussed checking hands down and how much each player would receive. One guy sat and asked "How are we playing?" and the response was something like "checking things down". On another occasion they seemingly tried to recruit a new player by explaining to him why they wouldn't give him action.

It was as if they didn't think there was any problem with this behavior. Maybe there isn't and I am making a big deal out of nothing?

I am of the opinion that this is collusion, even if it was only against the house. I was denied an equal opportunity to win a promotion because a collusive team was determined to create a scenario where only they could win and split it among themselves.

Their marketing is as bad as their software is alleged to be. Thanks for the T-shirt at the 2+2 party, but if SP was serious about launching Real Gaming they would have had reps there signing up people and demonstrating their software.

Not to mention the obvious problem of, there is a very small universe of online poker players in Nevada, they are already signed up for UP or WSOP.com, and it would take a significantly better product to get anyone to switch.

I haven't been in Vegas for 6 months and liked playing on WSOP site when I was there and didn't care too much for UP but now I see Real Gaming is done with "Soft Opening" testing phase and is live.

Does their site suck that bad or they just don't have anything to offer over WSOP and UP?

Also I find it odd that nowhere on their website is there any info on cashing out, only info on depositing.

I just started playing on this site recently. It's not a place to get rich, but the competition is fantastic. As far as I can tell, there are about 2 dozen regulars on there every evening. It's almost like having your own small online poker club. Don't try to play if you are not inside the state. They require you to verify your location each time you want to play via an app that you download from their site. Honestly, I don't think they will be around for much longer...but I'll hang around as long as I can get the quality competition in order to work on my skills.
