Someone please explain this CakePoker transaction

Is this a withdrawal attempt? Could anyone explain what this means? I sent Support an email 8 hours ago and another one 3 hours asking what it means. They have not responded yet. Cake doesn't exactly have the best security so I'm kind of worried. |
Re: Someone please explain this CakePoker transaction
well apparently it might be a CSG, or maybe not, who knows

Re: Someone please explain this CakePoker transaction
I get the same codes in my cashier history except mine says [EP MAYBE].
I used epassporte to deposit, MB perhaps stand for moneybookers? |
Re: Someone please explain this CakePoker transaction
Okay, they finally got back to me. Apparently they made the mistake of crediting my account twice when I deposited with Moneybookers and just got around to fixing it.
I'm pretty upset that they debited the money from my account without sending me an email or giving me any notice. I'd heard great things about Cake support but it took 3 emails and 9 hours just to get a response. |

What does CSG stand for?
In my cashier summary it says: CSG $0.46 |

This might be a reason for this but Im not 100% sure. I copied this from a finnish forum site: "Hello, Thank you for your email. This credit is the refund of the rake owed due to the issue we experienced with an incorrect setting on the rake schedule for $0.10/$0.20 No Limit tables which was deducting more rake than it should. This issue has now been corrected and all rake taken is accurate. Our apologies for any delay in crediting this to your account. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Kind Regards," |

Re: Someone please explain this CakePoker transaction
Why did you send 3 emails in 9 hours? Judging by your post count and Join Date I assume you have been playing for quite a while. Were you afraid that they didn't get the first two? I hate it when I hear about this. People continually emailing a site before waiting a day or two for a response flood the support center and end up slowing down the overall support times.

Re: Someone please explain this CakePoker transaction
Let me see if I got this right.
Extra $500 in account and didn't notice or send any emails. Site takes that extra $500 back and 3 emails in 9 hours, though it exactly matches the earlier overage. Yeah this deserved a thread. |
