Ive been playing just poker stars for awhile now. Haven't played FT for a year or so and just put a little money on there to try it again. played several tourneys a day for 4 days and each time, def. in the $1 10k guarantee and possibly others, after about 60+ hands of the tourney I happen to look around at everyones stats from HM hud. and each day there is at least 1 person at my table with 0 vpip and 0 pfr. and in one case there was 3 players with over 60 hands of 1 tourney that were 0,0. I looked up one of the players on OPR and of course it is blocked. Its so obv these are bots and probly FTP adds them on the gurantee tourneys that dont reach guarantee. I mean its impossible to fold that much, especially on a $1 tourney. on a side note get all in on flop head up set vs under pocket pair im 96.3% favorite and here comes runner runner flush lol. I have over 200k hands on poker stars and I think 95% is worst ive been bad beat. Think im cashing back out and stick with stars.

$1 tourney has a $2000 guarantee (making up these numbers though they do not matter)


Oh no! The tournament only has 1500 people in it and we have to give out $2000. What do we do?

I know! Let's have 500 bots sitting out or not playing a hand. That way we have 2000 players in it so there is no more overlay.

Makes sense. Instead of 1500 players paying $1500 they now have umm, well ok we still have 1500 players paying $1500 but now they are watching 500 bots fold every hand as well that generated the site no extra money. And now the tournament takes longer with all these bots.

Wow, quite the evil scheme indeed.

There ARE plenty of bots on Full Tilt. What is funny is the bots are horrible poker players.

please explain then. Im listening. If that is common for a mtt nit then I have not seen it. Ive played way over 1000 mtt on poker stars and have rarely seen someone that is not sitting out have 0, 0 stats after 60+ hands. then i go to full tilt and it is very common. so much that i had 3 on 1 table. please explain. people are great at bashing anyone that says anything they disagree with but they dont offer what they think the reason is.

How do you know they aren't sitting out? FTP made it a pain in the ass to tell with their updated HH replayer, I don't even know if there's a way to tell without looking at the actual HH files. People are bashing you because the idea that these players are bots the site put in to avoid an overlay is ******ed. Not even borderline ******ed, just full on ******ed.

can we at least all agree that these are bots of some kind? that is the whole point. I dont really care if the site owns these bots or people own them. I am saying that chances are if im seeing multiple times the 1st 60-80 hands of the tourney and people are 0,0 then they are bots.

You ask for explanations, and then ignore them when you get them.

Maybe you could explain to us how it couldn't just be people sitting out, and how bots that never play would benefit anyone.

I won't even get into how it's "impossible to fold that much" (um, don't you just keep pressing the fold button?), and how "especially on a $1 tourney" affects things. People can't be nits in a $1 tourney?
