I spoke to a CS Rep and they wouldn;t even give me a timeframe for when I could expect my money. Not days, weeks or months. I wasn;t happy, got a little heated, I told them I wanted to contact a manager,as being told nothing about my own money was simply not a good enough way to treat a customer.

I also expressed my annoyance of not being warned about the withdrawal problems when i deposited.

I told them I would be taking it further as it simply is not good enough, especially as you can reverse your transaction at any point, which seems to me like a ploy to keep hold of your money for as long as possible, or you'll get fed up and start playing again.

Anyway, i cut the conversation after telling them I was taking it further. 48 hours later, the money was in my Neteller account :-)

Strange really that people have been waiting much longer than me and still haven;t got their money back. Is it a lottery system as to who's withdrawals are reviewed and approved????

It all doesn;t add up IMO.

Latest update,
"you: what is going on with my wire withdrawal?
REPRESENTATIVE: Unfortunately I do not have he access to this information. I will need to ask the Finance Team about it.
you: i will hold. i have been waiting for quite some time. i would like to understand what is holding up the transaction
REPRESENTATIVE: Since I do not have the access to the banking files, I will not give you the explanation. I am sorry.
you: i am confused. can you ask the department?
REPRESENTATIVE: The most I can do is forward your question to Finance Team.
you: i have provided a passport photo, a drivers license and proof of identity. in addition, i have been a somewhat loyal member of your site for some time.
REPRESENTATIVE: We have 6:40 AM here, the Finance Team is not in at the moment. However, I will send them an urgent e-mail.
REPRESENTATIVE: Yes, we are aware of that.
you: thank you REPRESENTATIVE, i will check back in a few hours."

you: hello. i would like you to please check the status of the swift wire withdrawal i requested
Katia: It is pending. Bank Wires may take up to 14 banking days to hit your account.
you: ok, anything i can do to move it from pending to completed?
Katia: Unfortunately, it is the Finance Team who processes these.
you: ok. thanks

Yeah finance team is never in, managers are never in... It took over 3 weeks for my simple neteller withdrawal to process, which is absolutely redic. I had been talking to support every day and demanding to speak to a manager or someone from the finance team.. Otherwise it would have probably taken a lot longer..

I'm getting annoyed by this. Need reliable time frames for withdrawals or I'm pulling out for good.

info: You are now chatting with 'Tony'
Tony: Hello. How may I assist you?
me: i have been waiting for a cashout for over 6 weeks
Tony: Kindly hold on for a moment. Thank you.
Tony: The only information I have is that this withdrawal is approved and processed.
Tony: What I can do at this point is forward this to our Finance Team who will have to look into the matter.
me: support said that last time, i never heard from them
me: if it was processed, i would have my money
me: hello
Tony: Yes
me: anybody there?
Tony: I can see that our Finance Team has already been informed several times.
me: so....
Tony: They will have to take action soon and come up with an explantion. I am sorry that I do not have more details readily available at this point.
Tony: I understand that it is frustrating.
me: who is my eurolinx vip coordinator?
Tony: That is Jackie
me: can i have her contact info?
Tony: I can forward your feedback to her directly.
me: i would rather have her contact info
Tony: I understand. However I am not in the position to give out details.
me: so what sort of customer service are you providing me right now? you are not providing me with answers to my questions, and not enabling me with a avenue to have my questions answered.
Tony: Our Finance Team has information. I have forwarded your request to our Finance Team. That is the most efficient way.
me: this is efficient?
me: i will be back later for more of this fun im sure. bye.

You are now chatting with 'Josh'
you: Hello,
you: im very upset because my withdraw has not been processed yet!
you: are there any problems?
you: people in 2 plus 2 and in the Brazilian Forum Maisev are complaining that withdraws are taking months to be processed there
you: it really upsets me because i´ve always considered you guys to have the best costumer service on the business
Josh: Kindly hold on for a moment. Thank you.
you: ok
Josh: Kindly note that there are some delays in processing at the moment, due to tightened security checks on withdrawals. Please accept our sincere apologies for these delays.
Josh: I will forward a reminder about your withdrawal to our Finance Team.
you: but i need to know when it is coming!
Josh: Unfortunately I do not have a strict time frame to provide you with, but please be assured that your withdrawal will be processed as soon as possible.
you: nasty!
you: thats sad to see what a great site turned out to be!
LOL - Pretty much the exact conversation I just had with Josh.

I'm pretty sure talking to the live chat support is a waste of time. They certainly don't know anything, and I'm not convinced they do anything either.

Requested on the 12th, spoke to them yesterday, they said the same to you all.

I received the money today, but it's an irrelevant amount (50ish dollars).

~3, 5k, (mid june wds)

Robin: Hello. How may I assist you?
you: i was told over 10 days ago
you: that my withdraws, had been sent on your end
you: via wire, you confirm this
Robin: Thanks. Please hold on and I will have a look
Robin: From what I can see it's either being processed or it's already been processed. If you have not yet received the money I would figure it's being processed and you should have the money quite soon.
you: what does "being processed" mean
Robin: That's the status the withdrawals has just before the person in question receives the money
Robin: Basically.
you: meaning it has been sent on your end?
Robin: Usually when the status is "processing" the person usually receives it in a close future
Robin: If you want I can forward the case to finance and ask for update on the status

----

looks like they hired a PR person here, but i think i should have money soon?
why wouldnt she just say "yes it has been sent on our end" dammit.

Dear XXX,

Due to certain payment processor issues we encountered within the last months, we experienced some delays when processing withdrawals. I am aware that you have been affected by this problem and I hope you accept our sincere apologies. In addition, I would like to offer you a special bonus as a form of compensation.

Please find a $500 bonus credited to your Eurolinx poker account; these funds are yours to keep and no deposit is required. The only requirement is that you will need to play minimum 6,000 raked hands before being able to withdraw the bonus amount. We will also DOUBLE the bonus if you play another 6,000 raked hands after clearing the first $500!

Furthermore, I have a brilliant rakeback deal to offer you which opens at 50% over a 3 month period. Please contact me via MSN (vipeurolinx@hotmail.com) or Skype (eurolinxjackie) so that I can provide you with further details, terms & conditions.

I hope that you can accept this offer as compensation for your delayed withdrawal and as a gesture of good will from Eurolinx. Please make sure to contact me to for more information and to confirm this offer!

@neonflowerpot. EL can get in huge trouble for offering more than 30% (not saying it doesnt happen). that being said i dont know whats worse, El offering this over email, or the player posting it.

I was actually thinking about when (if) my withdrawls clearing/s, putting a small sum back on, to take advantage of the 1k match bonus they have going this month. I dont think anyone should laugh at your offer?

My opinion, as long as EL is paying withdraws, even if it takes some times, your moeny is safe. That being said there is always no doubt a "non-major" site could always default.

Id say this offer is close to the appropiate ammount of risk (your 14k for 10kps/stars) off.

I wanting ~15bis for 200nl, i was considering offering a few posters like 2200-2400(ftp or stars) for 3k(el).

however, as stated early today im still waiting on withdraws.

Im european and I've played at betonbet. I ordered a bank wire withdrawal of 530.000DKK (100k usd) 5 weeks ago. After mailing back and forth with both Jo Remme and the affiliate manager the status went from pending to approved 1 week ago. Theres still no money to be seen though. Does anyone have any experience if the status change to Approved means anything at all?
