Yup, when I first started playing there this would happen to me all the time. I don't have the best internet in my house and it happened a few times during some good hands. What can you do right?

I know I posted about this a bit back, but what ewallets have people been most satisfied with? I finally got $ on Dwolla and I'm now waiting for the transfer to Mt. Gox to pick up some coins.

Can I send directly from Mt. Gox to Seals and vice versa? I didn't see a "send coin" feature on the Gox site.

Sorry for the redundant questions. I've been looking through the thread for a bit, but it's quite immense. Thanks

I like the electrum wallet. Takes less time to synch.

On mtgox its called a withdrawl to bitcoin. Funding options -> withdraw and then enter your seals with clubs cash in address in the bitcoin address field to send to.

wow didnt realize that you can add that address into mtgox that is really cool

Awesome, thanks for the info. I just googled "bitcoin ewallet reviews" and Electrum was one of the sites that was highly recommended so I'll probably go with that option.

One other question. I've been looking at ways to backup bitcoins/ewallets. Anyone itt have any experience with this, and what method would you recommend. Again, I know this has probably been answered before, so I apologize in advance for the redundancy.

It's working fine for me.

Why are there sometimes tons of open tables with no people sitting and other times 0 or 1 open table at a limit? I'd really like to be able to start 6-max tables but as of this moment the only open tables are 9-handed..
05-02-2013 , 06:01 PM
Sorry for the recent trouble. It appears to be over now, but we don't yet know the cause. It didn't affect everyone. Please let us know if problems are continuing for you.

You can open the ring games and SNGs that you want to play. There are links above the flash software and in the PC client you can do it via the "Requests" menu in the lobby.

I dont know, Ive asked the admin to have 6max tables always be open, which would be in their interest as 6max are fast and generate a good amount of rake, and the 25-50 games are almost never more than 3-6 players anyway.

But nevertheless, it seems I always have to launch them manually.

6max is pretty much the defacto standard table size for an online cash game.

Along those lines, I would love to see some 6-max MTT tournaments. You get to play way more hands 6 handed than 9.

If you were harmed today send details to admin AT sealswithclubs DOT eu

The trouble seems over (again) and the data center claims it is fixed. We're leaving tournaments and SNGs off for a while longer. The freerolls continue and there is a new temporary one at the half hour.

I do not understand why you don't have any guarantee MTT 50 and 100 chips between 7pm and 10pm.Some of us on a East coast actually work. On every site I played $5 and $10 MTT are the most popular and are bridge to higher stakes.I do not consider the Hyper turbo tourny what run every hour as acceptable alternative for most of us.Until you have reliable software don't expect many players with large bankroll.
05-03-2013 , 12:36 AM
Totally agree (still) about the half hour structure. Just set up two different tournaments that each run every 2 hours if you're worried about the game taking > an hour.

As I understand it you don't have to backup an electrum wallet as you can recreate it from a seed. The seed is comprised of 12 random words that are given to you when you set up your wallet. I have mine written down along with my password. I have it and it is also at stored at several other locations so if my house burns down I still have my btc.

Interesting, thanks for the info. I'll provide details with others who are interested in Electrum once I get my coins transferred from Gox, as this whole process can be a bit of a pain. Just PM me or reply in this thread.

I was thinking of doing the same, but I can't be bothered with it right now. There isn't a ton of action above stakes equivalent to $100 NL from what I've observed but I'm hoping the site continues to grow, at which point I'll try to download the client.

As for Electrum, I can not get the file to download. Just keep getting some fatal error message pop up.

I ended up downloading Bitcoin-Qt, but I haven't messed with it all that much.
