I contacted them about 1-2 month ago and they said these things can take a while...

Let the inkasso procedure do the job.
It's clear they guy is a liar pur sang. No need to put yr energy in this, let the inkasso agency do their job in an official way. Your money will be paid eventually.

Not to make you feel bad, But the inkasso can't do anything at all.
If you've given him any money, without his signature signing that he has. Or he has accepted any contract with you. The case is closed, and lost. Then all you can hope for is for him to turn around and pay you the money.

Also treaths that i read about here at the site, is very illigal.

Signature is not necessary, checked this with my inkasso agency. If Jimmy gave Knut a 'loan' thru mb or neteller, indicating the transaction as a loan, that should be sufficient. Specially since Jimmy owns an official company for his business that consists of money transactions, at least that what i understood from him.

Here is our latest email conversation. He takes a while to respond. I emailed because he had asked for my bank account number twice, and also promised to start paying back. He also promised never to play poker again which is now a broken promise.



Somehow he still goes with the silly demanding attitude threatening not to pay if I post in this thread. This is Scamming 101 as we all know now.

I'm thinking about making mirror pages of ****.com and use .net, .org, .no etc.
Shouldn't take long since I'm in fact soon to be a webdesigner. If anyone want to help me host these sites and warn other people about this guy, please send me a pm.

I'm not sure why you claim I have no proof. I have sent the chat-logs to inkasso and they treated it as proof of him loaning the money.
If it was a gift he would probably not threat me and my family.

I don't know why he thinks you have any control over the website. I don't know you and it isn't coming down.

If Knut repays you then it will be updated to reflect that. If he wants to have his own section in it, he can PM me whatever he wants written in it.

And if he wants to own it (maybe he's one of the 10 people going there daily) then he can make me an offer after everyone's paid.

Duplicate content isn't really liked by google (plus I have © Copyright 2010 ****.com on it!), so at the very least go write your own.

Just to add to this discussion, Knut also tried to get some cash from one of the Crush Poker team some months ago. Thankfully, we didn't transfer him anything!
