I have had accounts on ongame for years . Most of them opened in 06 07 and red kings had been one of the last. Yet your the only company who would charge me such a ridicolous fee. There is no shortage of ongame rooms. Such a bad buisiness practice and blatant disregard for customers is reason enough to stay away from red kings for me.
Good luck.
I also know for a fact that you allow at least 1 of your pros to multi account.

Re: Inactivity fee, can you please post me your username and I´ll take a look at the case.
Re: Multiaccounting allegations:
We do not allow any multiaccounting.
...But there is one exception to the rule: Our current (and former) Pros have occasionally participated in promotional tournaments (or similar) under a screenname such as "RK Pro XXXX" or "RedKingsXXXX". Such screennames have never been in regular use and have been used only for example in tournaments in which a Team Pro has had a bounty on him. In such cases it has been very clear who is playing the account and they have never been used in Pro´s "bread and butter" games for example to gain an edge over regulars.
This policy has also always been pre-approved by Ongame.
Multiaccounting is a serious issue and these are serious accusations made behind an anonymous username. If you have any proof of multiaccounting at RedKings please contact us so we can investigate and take action accordingly.

Petri
