Received money from Neteller, but it still says pending on their site.

Hi
This is probably normal, but on the 12th of feb i made a bank transfer withdrawal from my neteller account and i recived the money on the 15th of feb. Now two days later it still says pending on the "history"-tab on neteller, so I was just wondering if this is normal with neteller?

A Neteller withdrawal to my bank account is listed as "pending".
Will it switch to "approved" when it's processed by Neteller (and on the way to my bank account) or when it's already in my bank account?
Does one receive an eMail when it's processed and on the way like with Skrill?
