Hi,I got some questions:I played a lot of hands with my tracked account at partypoker in the last few days,yet when I log in my raketherake account it says 0 points.
Now I found out that I need to opt in to the extra 15% cashback(which I now did),but I also got no points on the leaderboard???
Please explain how I automaticly join all the promotions.

When the stats update, the leader board will also update.

Hi,I got 2 quick questions,first of all in the 55k leaderboard there is somebody in first place which has not been there at all before (I believe),he plays in the pokerroom 'Pokerihuone'-I cant even find this pokerroom on your website??
Secondly,I did not read the small printed Terms&Conditions when I joined your site,but I was under the impression that I will receive 55% permanently at Partypoker,now I as far as I understand that it is only for the month of July 2017?Is it the case that if you rake a certain amount per year Partypoker offers me 55% the whole time?

Hi, You offer extra 15% rakeback at PartyPoker at your site. Is this 15% net revenue or with no deduction? I ask because I saw in this thread in few last replies information about 15% net and 10% gross rakeback.

It's based on Net Revenue.
The deductions mean that this actually works out at about 9.6% gross rake on average across the players so we just round it to 10% gross
