Purple Lounge: Problems with withdrawals - Page 4 - Internet Poker

Sigh, same problems here. Does anyone else think that the 14.5k WSOP freeroll thing they were offering today was the final straw? So annoyed, I was about to withdraw the rest of my money last week but figured I would wait for when I shipped the 12k package and do it one go. Oops

They were kicked out of the Microgaming because they were offering huge illegal rakeback deals. I wouldn't be suprised if they lost like 50% of their players back then and like 70-80% of the rake that was generated by the skin (cause all huge rakeback grinders left).
All of theirs problems were caused because of all of the regs that left. Simply like 70-80% of the player balances were taken from the skin which destroyed their liquidity. They were well known rakeback skin on microgaming like 5050 or alfa(that was also kicked from microgaming)
I doubt that they can survive such a hit.

It's interesting, but not very optimistic for our case.

Entraction is owned by IGT. They're a billion dollar company and one of the leading gaming machine providers in the B&M world. They're not going bust. This problem is limited to Purple Lounge.

Agreed.... a huge problem with paying players and now suddenly a 'technical' problem that lasts for days? I want to believe it given the amount of cash I have on the line, but basic logic tells me otherwise.

Saw this one now, definitely not Entraction problem, as I usually play in two other skins there and deposits/withdrawals are working fast as usual. Casinomeister's thread raise some good questions about all this.

They were stalling for a week and now they are stalling again for 5 business days. Rumor is that they will ship the players on the poker side to Devilfish Poker, another Entraction skin.

I'm still waiting... got an email saying they would get back to me within a week but they didn't - doesn't look great.

Luckily I cashed most of my roll out as I hated Entraction and went back to Microgaming, but still left about 500 on there for a rainy day

I guess alarm bells should've rung when they got kicked off Microgaming... yikes for those who have big funds stuck

I also read that they may have sold their database with Devilfish poker or maybe struck some some of a rev share deal... seriously, who is gonna play on this joke site? there's no way I'm giving Purple Lounge another cent EVER

I have been waiting for my withdrawal of $7.7k for several months. I have been in contact with the live chat 3 times, who always told me that the money would be there soon.

What should I do? And what are the chances of me getting paid?
