They are not even responding to email now.

Anyone know if Malta regulations require them to keep player funds separated?

I'm not sure if it's required to keep player funds segregated, or if the regulations merely require the sites to be able to pay player balances in full at any time. I think it's the latter.

In any case, the regulation is pointless because no one checks if sites actually do have the funds. The list of Malta-licensed sites that have gone out of business taking player funds with them is long.

waiting 2 weeks for a 4k withdrawal, they don't seem to be sending any emails not even promotional ones. A bit worrying.

Re: Purple Lounge: Problem with withdrawal

I have been waiting for a withdrawal for over two month. My last email took them 6 days to respond to and all I got was: "Thank you for your email, we are trying to process all the withdrawals as fast as we can. I am sorry for all the inconvenience."

I have talked with their online support twice (once a month ago) and once last week. The first time they said that I would receive my withdrawal by the end of the week, but that she couldn't guarantee it. The second time the rep said that she would let the finance team know that I had been asking about my withdrawal, but then she just disappeared from the chat and after 5 minutes I re-opened a new chat session and it told me that all agents were busy.

Re: Purple Lounge: Problem with withdrawal

At this point I would sell my money in PL for 50-70%. They don't have the necessary liquidity and are likely heading for bankruptcy. Their business model of attracting high volume players to feed off sportsbetting klientel from other established gambling sites is dead as a doornail. And the rumours of them not paying customers is hammering the nails in the coffin.
I just hope they do the honorable thing of paying as many as they can before closing shop!

Re: Purple Lounge: Problem with withdrawal

They sent me this, not too reassuring when they merely HOPE to process it soon. They are clearly having bigger problems than they are admitting to.

Hello XXXX,

Thank you for contacting Purple Lounge Support. We are so sorry for the delay of your wihtdrawal, we are working hard on withdrawals and we hope to process it as soon as possible.

Kind regards,

Maria

I suggest you read the thread and this http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...-lounge-4.html one before continuing to play there.

Re: Purple Lounge: Problem with withdrawal

My cashout has been processed after cca 10 working days. It was just a small amount cca E90 or so. I contacted the Purple Lounge promoter on the Casinomaister forums (linked in one of the posts here)- sent him a PM and after he said my cahout is processed the money was on my Skrill. Before this I sent their support a few msg without any helpful response. I suggest you to try that way - it was working for me but in my case it's just a small amount of money as i said. Gl.

I also highly recommend contacting the PL rep on Casinomiester. 5 days after I contacted him, I received my cashout. Oddly, when I PM'ed him he just apologized for the delay and said that he would look into the matter, but then he never got back to me. I was about to send him another message today but I checked my Skrill account, and it turns out that the money had been credited yesterday. I assume he had something to do with finally getting cashed out, but who knows. In any case it took 2.5 MONTHS to receive my cashout, totally ridiculous. I would strongly caution anyone from continuing to play on this site since it is very clear that they have liquidity issues.

Re: Purple Lounge: Problem with withdrawal

Well guys, here is my story:

I'm played az PL since 2011 August. They seemed cool. Everything went well. Casouts, VIP support at msn and so on. Started at nl100 then played mostly nl200-400 and some 600-1000, so you can guess I had a lot of money there.

I had a Cashout (just a regular one) at 22nd December 5K$. It came to my MB (moneybookers) account at 9th of January.
Then they announced the change so I decided to move on. (There are no nl400+ tables at Entraction network so I HAD to go.
Cashout 10K at 12th Jan -> got it 21st Jan, thats cool.
Cashout 11.5K at 22nd Jan -> got it 13th Feb I guess I'm lucky to get it.
Cashout the last 11K right away -> but still not get it, it's almost 2 months from now.

Maybe I sholud cashout the hole Bankroll before the change, But I just didn't wanted to risk it.

I'm contacted to LGA last week (write an e-mail) but didn't get ANY answer... Thats dissapointing.

Also one of my friend also waiting for his money, almost for THREE months, it's 10K+ too.

I don't really know what can we do, just sit back and wait for miracle?

Maybe we all should start boombing e-mails to LGA till they respond or do something?
