There is nothing that has ever been done though some tries have been and some promises and some money has been returned by some sites but they don't need to return any money and there is no law against it and the license they have means nothing and is as useless as nothing to protect the player money and it seem the player money being separated does not protect the players either, so no protection at any site, including the biggest sites and more so as they are breaking the laws of many countries all the time as well as have been breaking and the owners could any time pull the blug.

Was great I didn't got the 50% rb anymore at purple when they became B2B or I would have once again lost money. They even gave be some extra money and I reported it but they said nothing has went wrong, so this way that time, just wondering whose money they were, but the rake will cover that so it's not problem but maybe to the person who was trying to get his money when they went to me, was left without, but it wasn't that much to hurt anyone and I didn't bother to keep fighting about it, wasn't worth it.

This time playing at any network is riskier than ever and even playing at pokerstars (.com more, .eu next maybe) is riskier than playing at Party. But even the biggest sites come and go and with players' money.

Its been a while since they went busto. I kept getting emails saying they would contact me next week rewithdrawls etc etc.. but that has dried off too now!!

Anyone heard any updates or outlook for getting our $$$ back?

People who have money in Purple Lounge should drop me a skype I am gathering people skypes who have money in and then talk to the lawyer again. I know personally few players who have +25k in there.

Did anyone from the group got an update from Matts? My last one is from February, where he said, he has no news and is waiting for an update from the lawyer.
