It appears that one of the processors for Full Tilt Poker is randomly taking money from individual bank accounts for no reason.

I got hit for $60 Jan 28th.

Here is a thread where many others have had the same problem:

Here's the NVG thread about this started a week ago, seems like others have had this happen as well and it's just a mistake(?)

Processor is non-respondent and Full Tilt is deflecting responsibility anywhere else.

Still no refund.

Be very careful signing up for echecks on Full Tilt.

Luckily they only stole $60 from me- they got more from others.

My only remaining option I'm guessing is to dispute the charge with my bank.

Is this issue non-related to the thread that was started in NVG? In that one (has the processors phone number in the title fwiw) people had communicated with the processor and it was said that it was a mistake and people were posting as they were receiving refunds.

1p0kerboy, I can understand your frustration and maybe you don't care for online poker anymore but I would think you would exhaust all options before considering that, which you mentioned above. I've seen many instances were confusion reigned early only to be fixed in the end. If you do the above there's a decent chance you will burn a bridge.

I would contact FTPSean and see if he can help.

Sorry if my post comes off as ignorant, I'd admit it's because I am. I'm not well informed on the subject. This very well could be to the point you mentioned but I'm only advising what I think is good advice in general and am sorry if it doesn't apply to this situation.

-I've contacted FTP.
-I've attempted to contact PMI numerous times.
-While some have received refunds, many have not.

Is this definitely related to echecks or is it possibly related to other deposit/withdrawal methods as well?
