My story:

Day 24: I try sell some us, but show the follow sentence " You dont have this privileges " ( something like this )

I open my e-mail and the Poker Stars are asking for my documents again

No problem.. Sent everything for the third time.

Day 25: Poker Star recieve my e-mail and said that will answere as soon is possible.

Day 1: Nothing Happens I sent another e-mail to PS...
Day 3: Another e-mail
Day 7: Another e-mail
Day 10: Poker stars answere " We have forwarded your e-mail to the person responsible.... "
After that I sent 7 more e-mails and nothing.

My question are:

************Have this happened to anyone here?

20 days withtou explanation and without transfer us?

Problem: Ps ask for my documents on december 24, and frozen my privileges since 24/12 - I CANT TRANSFER ANY MONEY, but I can keep playing...

That's weird. They sometimes take a few days but nearly one month without an explanation is not how I know their support.

When did you last receive an email from them and what exactly did it say? Sometimes they block things for a certain amount of time. Maybe if you post the emails here, someone from PS will read them. (Don't forget to remove your personal details if you post the emails)

I bet the person in charge died of laughter about your funny english when he got the mail forwarded to him.

Ask Stars if they can check he is all right...

Damn I hope he is all right, we all love the support guy who handles the cases like yours.

Stars always answers me in good time, but then I don't tend to send them emails about ******ed things.
