Potential Issue? Pokerstar and IP Question.

I did do some searching but didn't find anyone with the same issue.

My friend Nate just sold me a laptop he used to play on Pokerstars. We both live in the same city. Is there any known issues with the same machine being played even if on different ip?

Maybe I am just paranoid.

Yes multiaccounting is prohibited and you and your friend Nate will get banned when you bink something big.

Or you could just email Stars and get an answer from the people that matter, before going out and buying a new laptop based on the advice of a single stranger on the Internet.

There could be malware of some kind on a second hand laptop (just saying).

Just get a new one or at least get it completely wiped/reformatted by a professional.
