Starting to go on f tilt after having to wait over a week for moneybookers to reply to me. They blocked my account from making withdraws or deposits untill i sent in driving license and bank statement. I sent the documents in over a week ago and havn't got a reply. I've got $5200 in there and need to move it how f long is it going to take does anyone know?????????????????

Moneybookers is a publicly traded company so you don't have anything to worry about.
It's standard for them to ask for ID documents, once you send it in the first time you will have no more hassles. However if you keep hassling them by email, your email inquiries will be dropped to the bottom of the queue making it longer for them to reply to you. It's a bogus system but that's how it is.

Unless if you are one of their vip customers you will get a response extremely fast by the same vip manager always.

it's now been about 2 weeks since i sent them in.... this is pretty ridiculous.

i've tried phoning them as well but they don't answer after 20 minutes so i hung up.
