I will still use them to play sattys.....I wish they would do away with alot of the restrictions they have too. I would love to buy into some tournys with points but you have to be silver star. The storm, some of the bigs would be good as well. Anyways just my 2 cents.

I've just recently acquired a Women's Leather Racing Jacket & it's actually REALLY nice! (Burk's Bay - still in packaging, never worn). No longer available in the store is a shame.

The jacket thx4mny is referring to is from quite a while ago. The store was recently stocked with a new type of leather jacket that is much better quality.

Is anything ever going to be done about the VIP store? As a canadian I used to at least be able to buy future shop gift certificates,and different friends/family always wanted shirts,sunlasses etc. Now you go to the 'outlet' section,and 90% of the items are out of stock,and have been virtually from the getgo. There seems little point in accumulating points for the casual player on pokerstars,unless you want to buy tourney tickets,they might as well be a stack of $3 bills.

So I bought a 250 EUR GC 2 days ago and tried to transform in into amazon.co.uk GC and after I enter all my details, after I get on the last page where they ask about invoice address when I click continue the page KEEPS loading and loading and than I get this error on Mozilla :

At Mozilla -tools-options-privacy I do NOT have clicked the option :
Tracking
Tell websites I do not want to be tracked.

I also tried with Internet Explorer and there the page just keeps loading and loading and ...NOTHING.
This was yesterday morning, today same thing



Is there something wrong with their website now or is it my computer ?


PS: Can anyone buy any 5 or 10 GBP GC ? I also noticed they allow you to buy only from 25GBP up.

After posting previous msg I finally got a confirmation after I tried another method of transforming.
I have tried combos of 100GBP and 2x50 or 4x25 or even 3x25 and nothing worked. Than I only tried ONE 100GBP and still didn't work and now I tried 4x50GBP and it finally got me to the last page and loaded.
I don't know if it was the change amount or if it was the site not working until now but I just wanted to mention this. Now the wait begins since they still gotta arrive in my mail, fingers crossed

Can someone at pokerstars please tell me why you raised the fpp price of so many of your items today? You made a big deal of this 'outlet' store at the beginning of the year,and how every month,there would be new,and'exciting' deals available,but it has been the same tired items [most of which are unavailable anyway] virtually since you started the promotion. I went in to get my daughters some hoodies today,and to send some clothing to relatives in the u.k. and I was really dismayed to see the prices raised across the board. No books,no gift certificates for canadians,no electronics,and as usual no answers in this thread!

Looks like the cash rewards have been changed big time:

2,250 FPP..........$25 (silver star)
6,250 FPP..........$75 (gold star)
15,400 FPP.........$200 (platinum star)
40K FPP.............$600 (super nova)
100K FPP...........$1,600 (super nova)

The gold star has kept the same ratio while the platinum star has actually lost some value in terms of $/FPP.

No bonus lost any value.

I bought a VIP computer pack but when i received the package the glasses were missing, there were only the mirror and laptop cleaner. I mailed support 3 days ago, i guess they will reply on Monday. Anyone had this sort of problem ?

Ordered the VIP bundle just last month together with some clothes. Everything perfectly fine, no glasses missing and clothes of a good quality. The one thing i didn't like so much is them all having pokerstars.fr or pokerstars.it labels but as they say in their store, labels can vary. Leaves me with being french
