Re: Pokerstars VIP store items review

Hello.
I am new here so sorry if I do a mistake by posting this.
I was gathering points (I am not such a big player) to buy this item
http://www.pokerstars.com/vip/store/...omisable-items

Tho when I was at 1200 (the item cost was 3500) it was removed. I contacted the poker vip club and they told me it will be soon again available.. so i kept gathering points.. tho when I reached 3500 it wasnt there (its more than 8 months).

I found it here
http://vipclubpoker.ru/product_info....roducts_id/531
I dont want to buy it for that prize.. Does anybody knows where else Can I get it? (and also I am not sure about this shop never heard it before)

Thank you

Hi paokara,

Email vipstore@pokerstars.com. Depending on what country's jersey you want, the size, and where you're located, we may have one available for you even though it's not in the store at the moment.

I just bought some vouchers listing myself as being from Romania, so we'll see what happens.

What has happened to all books?

I looked in the shop the otehr day and could only find 1 book, and that one was in spanish.
I recall there being many books to choose from before. What happened?

Its been stated here countless times but they do not sell books anymore. You can purchase a gift certificate to get books.

Re: Pokerstars VIP store items review

I was very dissapointed with stars vipstore the other day. I had spent some points to get a v neck ladies pokerstars tee shirt for my girlfriend. It arived in a decent amount of time but when it got here it was to small for her(had to order it in EU sixes so was a little unsre). I had emailed the store this and got no reply....a week later I did it again and got a response saying that there was nothing they could do...apparently it was on sale or something so they couldn't re-emburse my points. I explained i didn't want my points back I just wanted to exchange it for a larger size. This was still a no go!!!! I can't believe stars would do this...they are such a big company and to screw someone out of the points and not give a simple exchange. This was the first and last thing I will ever purchace from vip store.

Another month goes by and the pokerstars store remains anemic with no gift certificates avaliable for canadian players. Zero indication from pokerstars reps as to even the roughest and most general timeline to when this is going to be resolved. I am getting really sick of waiting...

Still no word on the david williams endorsed "douche-picks"?
I was saving up my points for one, as i also wish to look bad-ass at the tables.
Thanks.

That's bad, but if you still play on pokerstars you are only punishing punishing yourself by not using your fpp

Re: Pokerstars VIP store items review

I assume there's a reason for this but I was wondering why you can't use the FPP's to buy Tournament dollars as opposed to tickets for specific tournaments? Be useful then for players to play SNG's for example, but I assume there's a good reason as to why this isn't already offered!

Would also like to see the option to use the points to buy in to live events, but make it available for all levels as opposed to only the highest ones.
