Re: PokerStars statement on min/max buyin on big bet tables

Thanks for the update. I wish the time frame were a little shorter but I understand and appreciate the need to consider the perspectives of different players.

I am mostly grateful for the fact that I no longer have to check the incredible mess that is the "PokerStars: What are you doing about shortstackers?" thread in hopes of seeing an official statement there.

Thanks Steve, we all really appreciate the update.

Can you tell us who comprises the "VIP Player Panel," I've never heard of this before?

Glad to hear Pokerstars is seriously looking into this, but not all that thrilled that the Shortstacker friendly VIP Player Panel seems to have such a big part in the discussions.

Shallow and/or cap tables would be nice ( for omaha)

I really do love the persistence of the fast food industry jokes. It makes no sense cause most poker players would get **** canned from McDonald's et al first day on the job.

I was kinda hoping they'd wait a little longer even, say July or August. That way once the decision is made, the shortstackers will be like "oh fine, i'll play with a full stack".

I wasn't aware it was "shortstacker friendly". Who all is on it?
