Hi Steve

Someone mentioned that it could be because the opponent's account no longer had sufficient funds for a rematch. Does the rematch window even offer the busto player the option to accept in such a case? If so, that seems somewhat pointless. Why can't the software detect that he/she has insufficient funds and decline the match automatically on their behalf?

I can see why you'd still want the box to come up for the winning player, to protect the integrity of the knowledge that the busto player in indeed busto (at least for that particular game/buyin). Otherwise the winning opponent would automatically know that the balance of the losing player is below that buyin threshold. But if all they see is an automatic rematch decline from a player who has just lost the preceding match then that isn't revealing anything and isn't suspicious in any way; the option to automatically decline is already just a couple of clicks away in the main lobby, and some people use it all the time anyway.

I've sent you a PM with the details of the three cancellations.

Thanks

TT

Now that you can't stop these badstards and have been uncapable of it all the time, this will solve the problem. If you can't keep our privacy by letting every last f***ing peeping Tom, Prick and Harry observe the hands we took part in AND PAID YOU F***ING 5% RAKE, give us SN change!
The ability to change your SN is a laughable concept and I think its terrible for any site to allow this. It would be like regs in a live game showing up every few months with reconstructive face surgery and a name change. As far as tracking sites go every player has access to these sites so if you feel like you are at a disadvatage for not using them then well start using them. Poker is often compared to sports well what if all of sudden the MLB or NBA decided to stop keeping track of stats and teams had to go into games with no idea what kind of players they were about to face. I think the majority of players who complain about these sites are losing players who are ashamed of their stats which is really funny to me considering for the most part you are playing against people you will never meet in real life.

Satties to Higher Buy In Turbo MTT's??

How about making the daily $109 Turbo at 22.15 WET a 'BIG $109 Turbo' and having some sats to it?

$33 Saturday Speedway is a nice touch with the $5 Turbo FO sats that seem to fill well.

A few extra lower limit turbo fish like myself in a daily $109 Turbo can't be a bad thing

Normal speed Big's and higher buy in have sats galore.

If I win a ticket I play, don't always do the same if I have to buy in with T$ won from say a Sunday Million sat (yeah, I know same diff but....)

Are there any sats to the $215 Weekly turbo (saturday eves) Most of us fish burnt the T$ won in Sunday Million turbo satties before the following week!? Or we make the million softer as opposed to the turbo tournies.

More direct sats to High Buy in Turbo MTT's IMO

This sort of stuff would fit better in the Stars MTT discussion thread in mttc

I would liken the widespread use of the more egregious parts of PTR not to simply tracking stats in MLB but rather not appearing to care whether players used steroids or not anymore so everyone eventually ends up doing it just to keep up with everyone else.

The PTR problem -- specifically premium and HH sales -- is feeding on itself.
Stars' inaction on this problem is hurting honest players and rewarding cheats acting with impunity so there's little incentive for honest people to remain honest anymore.

Question: Has Stars actually attempted to implement anything to stop PTR? Has there ever been 2-3 days where Stars hands weren't tracked other than PTR servers being down? I just do not understand how Stars reps can continuously say we're working on it over the course of a couple years when we've never actually seen anything done as far as I recall. Normally with any sort of anti-piracy, anti-hacking etc type campaign you see this back and forth battle between new measures and counter measures, but Stars vs PTR appears to be a one sided non-battle.

There are fundamental technical differences between the way FTP server operates and the PokerStars server operates.

Yes.

Yes.
If this is the case and it's been in the past and you both (Stars and PTR) have the same information regarding what was implemented since they have obviously countered it, would you mind divulging what was done as per the first "yes?"
