^ Yea, esp when you're already running into timebanks while 25tabling and in a hurry reshove 40+% vs "hidden" EP opens (edit: now that I think about it, this might actually be intended... they hope we bust more often due to accidental reshoves, so more games/hr -> more rake...)

I'd prefer full customizability. I play 45s and MTT, probably also 180s pretty soon, and I'd like to use different backgrounds for each type and maybe even for different buyin levels, but all the same theme and most importantly without having to rightclick>choose every single time again. I think of a dialogue box like this:

Last 2 options obv being multiple choice. This way you would have to open each kind of table/tourney you're ever going to play only once, rightclick>choose>save, done.

Most likely another Mac glitch.

Right around one of the Milestones hand one of my tables glitched.
The table had the add for milestone hand plastered on the table and I was being prompted to play but no one had folded in front of me and I could not adjust the bet size to anything but allin. I folded and the next player called but it showed up as a check.
The whole hand was glitchy and next hand was fine.

Other issue and I am not sure if its coming from my PT3 or the Pokerstars software.
I play 15+ tables and the software freezes up and eventually shuts down which sucks when you got the nuts post flop. This tends to happen after 30 minutes to a hour of play.When it shuts down,I open the client and it shuts down again.Next time it opens
but I have timed out every hand and have to wait for the blinds on some tables.

Between the above glitch and the lobby glitch(Not able to open tables) I am getting booted or rebooting the software hourly.Im sure that this is costing me money.

The constant popup announcements advertising your Milestone Hands promotion are seriously disrupting my ability to play on your site.

Before you send me a stock reply explaining how to disable popup announcements but pointing out that some cannot be blocked, please understand that I have already done this. For some reason these idiotic announcements keep appearing every five minutes and covering up my hole cards and the pot size.

PLEASE STOP THIS NOW. These announcements do not deserve the top priority they are getting, which I assume is meant to be reserved for important server information or security announcements.

I will not play another hand on Pokerstars until I receive a reply assuring me that these popups will no longer affect my enjoyment of your site.

I think it actually depends on the theme used. In the nova theme it definately blocks hole cards and pot. in older themes the announcement is more near the top where "options" is located.

I agree playing tourneys there is so aggravating when a billboard is splashed acrros your tables every few minutes. Im done till it's over too

FYI -- the client update today was because of the 10th Anniversary celebrations and only enabled various graphics for the promotion. There were no new features in this client update.

I think this is a good point, I guess some themes arent made with announcments in mind. I dont have any major problems with them at all on a theme I use.

my point is simply that there's an option to disable popup announcements, but it's being ignored for this promotion. By all means interrupt my games with occasional important news like server issues or security announcements, but stop ramming promotional crap down my throat every 5 minutes when I'm paying money to play poker on your site, or I'll stop playing. Which is the most effective means of protesting that a consumer has.
