- It basically makes stars backgrounds act like the ftp backgrounds menu. Ctrl+Right-Click brings up the background menu.
AHK is pretty easy once you get over the initial fear/awkwardness of all the code.
Install autohotkey on your machine. Once it is installed you dont have to do anything to it. (unless you have vista and havent turned off UAC, then you have to set autohotkey.exe to 'always run as admin')
Then create a folder (such as C:\AHK\) on your machine for any/all scripts you will end up wanting to try/use. Save the script to that directory and double click it to run. Most scripts dont have GUI's so you may have to read the associated forum threads or read thru the commented sections of the code to learn how to use it or adjust the hotkey setup. I have a couple freebie background packages that utilize dave's script on my site (go thru my profile or PM me if you need a hand) that help automate the initial install/set-up of it.
