Is the HH replayer using the table images from the black theme folder?? I dont see the replayer table image, only buttons, in C:\Program Files\PokerStars\Gx\replay.

I would like to be able to mod the replayer to match my current table theme.

I'm too lazy to read the others so these may be previously mentioned:

Other benefits for cashgame players eg. leaderboards, league, etc.

And Please Please get some new chips

I'd like to see chopping tournaments made a little easier... the process now of everyone sitting out while the cards continue to be dealt and one person emails support is tedious and creates opportunities for exploitation.

Would it be possible to add a 'Request Chop' button to the final table which, once everyone has clicked, auto-pauses the tournament and sends a ping to support?

Under FIND A PLAYER, please don't auto minimize every time a single table is opened. Add an option to open all tables

Why does it take 5 clicks to cycle between the flop and the turn? The arrows should jump street by street, not some incremental random time period

Quick summary of key new features in the latest build:

1. 'Reset to Default Size' option in the layout menu. I mentioned this in an email while discussing something else and the developers had it implemented literally hours later. Those guys really are impressive sometimes!

2. Black Lobby Theme is now out of Beta, and becomes the default lobby theme. You can switch back to the Classic theme using 'Options' > 'Lobby Themes'.

3. Hand History Replayer (Beta). Finally! We've been wanting this since 2004 and at last we've got it done. It is still beta, so we're still working out a couple of kinks and we'll be adding new features (like, hopefully, the ability to open saved hand history files) in the coming months.

4. VIP Status display. Only available to a small group of players right now, but if all goes well it should be available to everybody soon enough. If you're SuperNova Elite and want to show it off, you'll be able to. Of course in true PokerStars style everything is optional so you won't have to be bothered by extra icons if you don't like them.

Something else that snuck under the Radar in the last release is this:

It's an option to let you easily register in 'busy' SNGs (you can also click 'Register To Any' in the lobby if the SNG you've selected isn't available for registration). If you're the kind of person who likes to play 24 $1 tourneys at once instead of concentrating on one $24 SNG, then this should help! The option is currently available in a small number of SNGs, and will be available in more when we're confident it works as expected.

I submitted the design spec for this a while back and it's just waiting for a slot in the development schedule. It requires more development than you might think, but it is high priority.

A few other things mentioned in this thread have also been approved and are just awaiting development, such as colour-coded tables in the lobby, 'Don't Show Me Again' for common popups and so on.

A couple of other notable changes recently:

1. We just overhauled the Guarantee schedule. Almost all the guarantees were increased, the most notable being the Sunday Million (now $1,500,000 gtd) and the Warm Up (now $750,000 gtd).

2. We overhauled the play money tournaments. Maybe not a big deal to 2+2ers, come to think of it.

3. There is a 'Tourney' > 'Regional' tab as well as the ability to 'Hide Country Restricted Tournaments'. Now all those annoying German tournaments that you can't play can disappear!

4. We're still working on improving the 15% payout schedule (this is the one in use in the vast majority of our tournaments, including the Million and Warm Up). We've got it so that the tournament should pay 15% of entrants +/- 0.5%, which is a massive improvement (we were all a bit sick that one week where the Million paid 17% or so). The next issue to deal with is the 'second bubble' (in which the first payout tier, usually 1.5x the buy-in or so, is thousands of players wide while the next is 27 players wide) which is caused by the fact that the smallest increment we can divide the prize pool into is 0.01%.

As always keep the feedback coming!

Any chance I can get some documentation on the lobby themes and how to incorporate my own custom lobby themes?

Maybe - I will ask. I have absolutely no idea how they work myself!

Is there an ETA on these new mixed cash games? The 8 game rotation looks awesome, btw.

Alex, can you elaborate on what the limitation is that results in .01% being the smallest increment for prize pool distribution? This seems like a trivial calculation issue that is resulting in messy payouts in the big "flagship" events.

yes please, theme documentation would be nice - although plain text gx.ini would be absolutely fantastic!

seeing the potential exposed by the new black theme on both the table and the lobby, just imagine what creative 2p2ers would make given control over positioning / fonts and everything.

/end old nit remembering days gone by

I would like to be able to mod the replayer as well, LDO.

Dave - How hard would it be to make the black theme BetPot compatible?? I prolly know the answer.

Mixed Hold'em, Mixed Omaha 8 or Better, 2-7 Lowball, 8-Game Mix and Badugi tournaments are all planned for the next build (a few weeks' time), to allow for testing before WCOOP. I would expect (but cannot guarantee) that cash games will come along at the same time.

The tournament system only supports 2 decimal places at the moment, so we can specify that positions 180-270 receive 0.01% of the prize pool (for example), but we can't specify that they get 0.001%, or 0.015%. This is already being worked on and should also be resolved in the next build.
