To adhere to our license regulations, players are unable to withdraw or transfer funds from deposits, without first wagering these at least once (x1).
....The requirement to clear deposits and/or funds received by transfer aren't rake-related, they must simply be wagered on a 1:1 basis on either Poker/Sports/Casino.
This is new. And frankly, quite concerning.
I deposited $100 into Stars two weeks ago to play the MicroMillions. I wagered and lost $40 worth of tournaments and had my fun, and now I want $60 back.
What PS is now saying is that the $60 doesn't belong to me anymore in the form of $60. It belongs to me in the form of $60 in PS credit. That severely devalues the money I deposited.
Deposits are no longer being treated as cash/chips, they're being treated as credit
I've never had this issue before with Stars or any other site. If this is true going forward, then I'll be very careful in my deposit dollar amounts, and I expect everyone to do the same. It doesn't make sense.
