The Info tab exists in the mobile app, but it is two clicks away. I know you know where it is, but here are the steps for those who might not be aware:

• Tap 'Menu' in the upper left corner
• Tap 'Tournament Info' on the middle right

We show Chat rather than Info because the vast majority of mobile users are casual players for whom Chat is more relevant.

Your suggestion to create a new option that would allow players to choose which tab will show has some merit and I have shared it with the team. Thank you.

As a matter of fact, this should be resolved in the new client updates expected over the next few weeks. Sorry that it has taken so long - and thanks for keeping the topic alive.

Thanks for raising the point. To save bandwidth and server load, the progress bar is set to refresh at certain intervals – it doesn’t continually update. We have heard a number of complaints about the update time so this is being changed in a future build-cycle so it will update faster, although it still won’t be instantaneous. It’s not a conspiracy to make people play longer.

Tutejszy - here are a couple of things you should check:

Make sure you are closing the client "gracefully" - either through the [ X ] control in the upper left of the lobby, or through 'Log Out & Exit' in Settings > Account Details (both do the same thing). Both new Notes and modifications to Settings are only written to their respective files on client exit, and if you kill the client using Task Manager or some other external mechanism, then those changes from that session will be lost.

Go to Settings > Gameplay > Player Notes to see the path to the folder where your notes are being written. The default location is something like this:

C:\Users\Keith\AppData\Local\PokerStars\

(where 'Keith' is the username for your computer, not your Stars ID name).

Open the Folder and look for the notes file, then check to see if the recent notes are there. (This information may help Support to resolve the problem).

The Moo - as coon74 said, you can collect and open Chests whenever you want (although there is no benefit to waiting), and unopened Chests will expire after three months. For more information on how Stars Rewards works we encourage you to visit the webpage:

Thanks for the feedback and suggestion. Most of our players open their Chests immediately upon unlocking them but I have shared your suggestion with the team. Note that if you click/tap on the Chest opening window, it will skip the animation and jump to a summary state.

Are you still experiencing this issue? We’re aware of an issue where if you change the table theme/felt colour the progress bar can reappear. This has been raised as a bug and is being investigated.

Sorry about that - although I'm not sure what the maintenance event was in this case. We typically announce scheduled maintenance in advance (at least with respect to server restarts), but sometimes the time between the decision to conduct a maintenance exercise and the actual implementation doesn't provide much time to prepare an announcement.

If it happens again, could you please try to capture a screenshot of the maintenance message so I can follow up? It's possible that it was an unplanned maintenance and the term "scheduled" was included inadvertently.

No, unfortunately the Font Size option in Settings only applies to the information in the lobbies. If you increase the size of your table windows, the bet fonts will scale up accordingly, but there is no way to change the font size for a given table window size.

where can we see the yearly accumulation of all our chest rewards?


if this is not available, I would like to see a tab created so I can track my yearly chest rewards.

Just to make clear, the reasoning recreational players want to see chat tab on mobile device is FALSE ( I am pretty sure that at least 80% + of recreational players will want to have onfo tab instead of useless chat tab) i have a lot of recreational players friends that play from time to time some mtt on their mobole and they always ask me how/where theu can see players left.,time when lvl is going up and prize pool and none of them so far has said to me that they used chat ( because to be real here is really complicate for novice player to use chat as ot is while playing on mob, i will bet if you give option to choose what tab to snow on mobile at least 90% of those aware of that option will choose info tab)

Can we get some new poker varients on pokerstars. Would be nice to see some mixed games for example: double board omaha, archie, pineapple, pineapple stud, badeucey and badacey and more. Any chance to get some new poker varients in the future?

Ditch the 5 cards PLO and replace it with PLO 6cards

At present, there is no function in the client that presents a tally of past rewards from chests. Thanks for the suggestion of adding a tab for this purpose - I've passed that on to the team.

In the meantime, you can write to Support to request an audit of your Chest Rewards over a specific time period, and they will provide an XML file with this information.

Thanks for the suggestions. As to when or whether this may happen, I can't say. We continually monitor and evaluate our poker offerings, both in terms of game types, stakes and variants. Player comments are an important factor in our considerations, so I have shared your requests for new poker variants with the team.

On balance, though, I think PokerStars has a pretty good track record on this. It’s safe to say that not only do we offer more variants than any other site, but on PokerStars you can even find opponents in the niche games.

Relatively recent new games / variants:

7) Progressive KO

You may be interested to know that 6 Card PLO has been requested by a few players and it's high on our list of possible new variants to develop. (I can't make any promises, though...)

How about satellite spin and gos, particularly aimed at winning a $100 buyin for a shot at the million, with the $100 ticket as top prize so it comes up fairly regularly

I don't count the total KO as a variant in its own right yet because it only was available as several Saturday MTTs with the lowest BI being $11, and now it's absent the regular schedule at all - only available as 4 MicroMillions events (2 of which have already been played).

If total KO MTT SNGs appear on a permanent basis, at stakes up to $10 at least, I'll be happier than I've ever been in the last 5 years. I reckon that they'd be attended not less than the current 18-36-man super-KOs (the 2nd most popular tourney format at Stars behind Spin & Gos in terms of the aggregate buy-in amount per hour if I'm not mistaken) - they'd offer about the same amount of gambling with the additional benefit (to recs) of having no bubble.

I believe that the main reasons why total KOs didn't thrive at PKR (where they were offered as Terminator tourneys in 2007-2016) were that PKR had no Zoom technology and that it had insufficient SNG liquidity in general, not the extent of attractiveness of the format itself.

Win The Button is more widespread, but it's still seen in merely 10 permanent MTTs a day, and the WTB filter in the SNG lobby is still useless - there are no such SNGs yet.

Partypoker's Power Series Hero has much lower attendance than the regular Sit & Go Hero of the same $10 BI. I don't think that permanent satellite spins would be popular.
