I can log-in but still don´t see any sng on the sngs tab (neither runing or on registration mode)...Does anyone have the same problem here?

Does anyone else get a 'you are currently registered in the following tournaments' pop up before closing software, yet you are certain and checked that you unreg'd all tournaments?

happens to me daily, a list of a bunch of random tournament numbers pops up saying I'm still registered yet I am not in any under the 'registered in tournaments tab'

Since when does the Pokerstars app require the high performance GPU on Mac? I'm using a Macbook Pro with dual graphics and this has only been happening recently for me, it used to run using the integrated GPU in the past. It's pretty obvious when it happens because the fans start running really fast whenever the GPU is active (and of course the discrete GPU is more demanding)

All drivers / Flash / Win etc..... all is updated
32 years of PC-experience

My experiences with Pokerstars ....


A year ago, after an update, the software began to crash arbitrarily. (.Ntdll)
I thought that the bug is certainly fixed with the next update. But the bug got worse with every update. Have all the tips followed to fix this bug, but it did not help.

Then I was forced by this bug to cashed out of my bankroll and searched for another pokerroom because Stars was not playable anymore.

Now yesterday I thought by myself ... ok I'll deposit and look how it runs, would have to be no topic anymore after that long time.

And what should I say .... STILL the same ****ty bug!
It is really funny when you are multitableing, good hands falling down and then this ****ty joke software freezes.

Whom do you really want to f***? This is the joke of the century !!!
What is this supposed to be? An ultra-complicated control software for the first manned Mars-mission?

I have 32 years of PC experience but such an incompetent **** I've never experienced!

Ohhhh, we are supposed to send you concerned laptop / desktop PCs? We should powder your ass and send you log files. F *** ***!

Everyone, and I emphasize EVERY other pokerroom on this planet runs stable without bugs etc. EVERY little browser / online / offline game runs smoothly without crashes etc.

Only the best poker software for years is now running for over a year like a piece of ****?

Once again, whom do you really want to f***???? Either you have with Microsoft a deal to boycotting Win7 and promote Win10 or you are just simply incapable and employed only idiots who have no idea of NOTHING.

Are you using a Commodore 64? If so you can try upgrading your 300 baud modem to a more modern 14,400 baud modem. Glad I could help.

Does anyone know how much data PS consumes? Like lets say i open 12 tables, how much data in kb/hour will it consume?

The thing is where i am at now, there is no dsl internet, i have my 2gb plan on my cellphone... With that amount of data, how much time could i play?? Thanks.

Please fix Hyper-Simple 7-max layout.

The seats are all cramped into one side of the table instead of spread around evenly. It makes it very hard to read the position of a player, which bets belong to a player etc..
Hero's hole cards are even covering his chip stack in certain seats.

I currently do not have a screenshot as those 7-max tables only appear at some 6-max tourneys as the final table.

The usage of bandwidth is really tiny. I'm using a similar plan since years and never had a problem. If you use the connection only for poker I'm sure you could play poker all day long without even coming near your limit.

In case you reach your limit because of other things, it still works even with a limited bandwidth of 64 kbit/s. It's a little bit slower than normal but still playable.

I sent an email to support@pokerstars.eu a few days ago and got no reply at all since. Is this email even active? Or is this a wrong email address (I got no error after sending)?

Fairly sure that's still one of their emails, you can send it to .com even if you're on another license too.

They do tend to ignore you if it's an ongoing issue or if it's something they won't be able to fix. If it's account issues/software problems it's hard to get a reply. The support staff probably have resolution targets to hit - anything that can't be copy + pasted out of the FAQ is bad for their numbers.

They've got an email address for payment issues, think it's paymentservices@pokerstars.com (on mobile so can't check). Hopefully that will bypass first line support.

I installed stars in my new laptop but build 18141 is working bad with ko progressive tournament:



ko's lobby are not the same as the ko at the table.

I have "build 17185" in my old laptop, and is workin fine



where can I download this build 17185?

Problems again. Bugs everywhere. Played a couple of zoom hands. After adding a regular table all card matches auto reset. It keeps happening when I add new tables.

And then had AA on the BTN. Co raises to 4x and had a note that he was at the top of value range on 4x. Was choosing the raise size and all of a sudden auto timed out with no warning, no time bank button displayed and no time counter. Just auto folded the aces with no warnings.

Contacted the support and got an auto message asking logs. Sent the logs and now they blame it on my connection. Ahahah my connection is great everywhere. I'm 1 step away from the router. Eveything works fine... and they blame it on connection. Yeah because card match re-setting after adding new tables is definitely my connection.

It's so easy for their support bots to blame it on the players now. Back then they would struggle to help and compensate those losses. Now... man I'm really hope for an alternative to enter the still ring fenced portuguese market so I can go away. This guys spit on their players and laugh about it.
