Still a 2 minute lag when logging in. This causes a problem when stars crashes as by the time I have opened Stars up again and logged in, the 2 minute delay before I get to my table means my hand has been folded.

Unfortunately it looks like some variation of Card Match will be on the tables permanently - the new "chests" rakeback reduction sounds like it'll occupy that spot.

Their attitude to fixing stuff is really horrible now. Bug only affects a small number of players? Not worth the effort.

Honestly, if traffic derives to other sites, and considering the huge upcoming indirect rake increment (which happens when you destroy RB), I don't mind not playing at PS anymore.

It used to be good for several reasons:

1. Awesome software.
2. Great traffic.
3. Great customer support.

Well, not anymore.

There's been a problem with your current software.

It lags everywhere a new table opens, all my hands on other tables freeze and I cannot do any actions forcing me to fold and sit out.

Such a great software Improvements throughout the years and now it has gone to ****.

Put card match back into the challenges window.

Hello pokertsars. May I suggest a new exciting improvement?

On the 1st login of the day, the players balance will randomly multiply, ranging from 0.3x to 3x multiplier. (spin wheel animation etc. you already know how to do it)
Ideally: 0.3x multiplier - 50% chance | 0.5x - 30% | 0.75x - 10% | 1x - 9.5% | 3x - 0.5%

Who wouldnt want to !!!triple!!! their bankroll just by loggin in?!

Also can use the same method on deposits/withdrawals.

ive noticed annoying in the cardmatch glitch
every time you win a hand where one of the cards was on the cardmatch tab it pops-up that table and this will take focus away from whatever you were doing
if this is fixable then that would already spare me from a lot of annoyance (other tables taking focus away) and gameplay when multitabling would at least improve somwhat

Pokerstars crashes if "save history" option is on. Usually after first saved hand.
Software works fine if "save history" option is off.

So Stars, with these new chests are we going to get annoying pop ups in the middle of a session or can we stack them "behind the scenes" and redeem them when we finish playing?

I cant believe this isn't an option already but a shortcut (second mouse button) to get on waiting lists please.

Also are you not going to add a fast fold button for Zoom in the BB? countless people wanted this AGES ago and it still hasn't been implemented even though it wouldn't be hard.

Chests in the new Stars Rewards program can be collected and opened after you finish playing. The new program is currently only live in Denmark (as of yesterday) and will be next rolled out in Italy with most other countries coming later this summer.
