You have problems with your software, a lot of people posting here everyday but you refuse to make it work and blame the ISP or the user.ini file being corrupted. Same standard answers every time.
We are in 2017 and you have one of the worst software, even 888 it`s better than yours!

So in last two weeks, my Stars client froze and crashed two times and both the times I had "The Deal" window open. First crash happened on 26th April but at that time I was using this recording tool "HyperCam 2" and soon as I closed the HyperCam, "The Deal" window stopped responding and then the whole Stars Client crashed and I had to close it. I didn't send the log files as I thought HyperCam might have caused the crash and so I moved on (This was the first time Stars crashed after switching to win 10 from win 7 last year).

Then on 4th May, Stars crashed again when "The Deal" window was on but this time I wasn't using any third party tool, only had the Skype on.

So I immediately sent the log files to the support and surprisingly I wasn't told that my user.ini might have gone corrupted but instead I was told to follow these steps:

Can you please follow the instructions below:

1) Right click on PokerStarsUpdate and select "Troubleshoot compatibility"

2) Wait for it to load and select the second option "Troubleshoot program"

 3) Select the first choice, "The program worked in earlier versions of Windows but won't install or run now"

 4) Select Windows XP (Service Pack 3)

 5) Click on Test the program... and Click Next

 6) Click on ‘Yes’, save these settings for this program
So today I read some of the posts here in this thread and thought that the source for these crashes might be the same. I started playing 2nl zoom table hoping I might be able to reproduce the crash/freeze (I rarely play cash tho), at first the card match didn't load as all I was seeing was a grey box and then I changed the cards layout and it finally loaded. So I tried to move/resize the window, no freeze/crash happened. And then I opened this app "HyperCam 2" and recorded my play and after playing for sometime I closed this app and again as soon as I closed it, my tables froze for 3-4 seconds but luckily this time it didn't crash. (Saved the Stars Log files on my desktop, will send later and ask them to forward to HostJacob).

So guys whenever Stars crashes or freezes for you, please go to Windows Event Viewer > Application and look for the details of the crash.

HostJacob maybe do something about those disconnections?
6 days in a row when I start my session and get disconnected for 1-2 mins remaining with 0 timebank! And it`s not only me, it`s for a lot of people on the PokerStars.RO(Romania) license!
But probably you guys are too occupied with the rake increase and VIP system.

i got dsc almost everyday for 2mins around 19:30 cet, ps.cz

For 5th day straight client freezes multiple times a day and tries to reconnect like i have lost connectoin, while i have perfectly fine internet to entire world and download speed of over 8mbps.I have to close it reopen it again , than it takes more time than usual than logs in and i am sitting out getting blinded out.It is a big issue when you are playing spins.
Makes it unplayable.I am playing on pokerstars.bg.
As the guy above said, maybe you are way too busy implementing the new RB system and robbing the players that pay your salary.

fwiw, i have dont steal focus enabled
so that when i make a note on a table a different table doesnt take focus away
but the cardmatch tabl constanly popups at a table and takes focus away from everything, how can i make sure this weak promo doesnt take focus away and i can continue typing a note?

I'm having similar problems (again). Tables lagging and popping up/stealing focus when I don't have that option checked. Very tilting.

I don't have cardmatch at my tables. I see the deal in the lobby though..

Months and months and months and months and months and months go by and you're software continues to be a shambles. Your once prestine support and software is gimmicky, faulty and most disturbingly, unreliable.

IF YOUR Current employees paid X amount can't figure it out after going on years now not months ( since ps 7 came out) maybe its time to take some more funds back from jaime staples twitch stream and pay some smarter employees to offer customers reliable software. You're selling the dream home on the outside and once people get in the home the floors are cracked and the cielibg is falling down

Another day, another disconnection and it`s almost 2 weeks since started!
Everyday we have at least one disconnection for aprox 2 mins which is ****** tilting and also destroys our timebanks!
When the *** you gonna solve this software problems?
At the same time had 2 tables on 888 which worked flawless, maybe I should move all my bankroll there if you are so incapable.

Same thing happening to me,usually the first hour in the session once,all my time banks gone,while 888 tables work just fine,today sitting out on the river in a big pot felt so great!
This site software is going into trash tier category fast and steady,i remember having a crash problem on my old laptop that was discussed a lot here i bet that didn't got fixed.

There was that issue with table windows on macs not sizing properly a while back, I remember hearing about you guys fixing it in a patch. The patch held A TON, but I do still get in a little bit on my MacBook Air. Issue has been reduced by like 90%, but it is still there occasionally, incase you guys didnt know.

so its been like weeks now, still no reply from devs about client crashing after trying to open The Deal. Some dude even posted a log about the same issue, dont see him offered solution...good job!

I'm playing on the pokerstars.pt

Last month Card Match was full of bugs. Didn't started on some tables. This month Pyramid Bonus is the same. I can't complete one.

Today I've played 549 hands after opted in. Your software says I'm missing 4 pieces.

Playing 100 hands: This is ridiculous. Played 549 hands. Even if the folds don't count my VPIP is nearly 22 for the session which means more than 100 hands voluntarily played.

Be dealt pocket aces: On those 549 hands got them 3 times.

Win with three-of-a-kind: Ironically those same 3 AA dealt won with three of a kind. Two went to showdown, one got a fold (no full houses, sets only).

Win 10 hands at showdown:
Your software says I'm only at 6/10 loool. No comments on this one. Way more than 10 hands I've won at showdown. Way more!

I've contacted support, but lately the support are just bots. I don't even understand the replies I get. You are cutting costs everywhere and in the near future your players will be the ones cutting you on (they already are). The experience with pokerstars is so frustrate nowadays. How I saw you back in 2008 and how I see you now. The only thing that still stands is the name really. The whole experience is a frustrating one.

Your promotions are just a joke and if that would not be enough they are full of bugs and one can't even complete them. You are really going on a downhill path. A crash awaits down the road.

Who pays for the time I need to waste with your support in order to get fixed something that should be automatic?
