Hi, for a while now 15$ on demand mtsngs would not open after registration only after a click on "take my seat" and every now and then PS would not switch the table after getting reseated to another table. Any idea why?

not able to buy cash with starscoins.

clicking "buy this item" and then "confirm", no response after that.
(yes, I do have sufficient starscoins. )

Hi guys, first post here so I hope I have put this in the right area....

Anyway, I am an Aussie playing on Pokerstars and I have emailed them numerous times about a software issue in their program and was wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same....

The problem: at random times when manually typing in a bet i.e $2.31 the bet that actually gets placed on Pokerstars is in reverse order i.e $13.20!!! This has happened to me know on about 20 occasions and I have video proof.......to even get Pokerstars to acknowledge the problem, I had to provide screen shots and then screen capture evidence......I have since done all of this and reinstalled the Pokerstars program on both my iMac and MacBook Pro and the problem still exists!

Is anyone else experiencing the same or had similar issues? This issue has cost me significant money as software issue overbets have been called and or raised resulting in some big pot losses. I had to keep playing to try and get video evidence and I know have at least 5 different video captures but numerous that haven't been captured.

I am very disappointed with Pokerstars as they just keep saying they are treating the issue seriously but do nothing other than tell me to resin tall the software. I have asked for compensation for the money I have inadvertently lost or at least something in return for the issues I am experiencing but they never reply to those questions.

so many players told you about this promo messing up the games and then it only gets a 2 week hiatus and nothing is fixed about it.
there isnt even a change, it still forced itself on every table, even the ones where i am not even sitting

I know it's pissing into the wind at this point but could you guys email support/send log files? Last time I tried moaning at them they kept saying it wasn't a widespread problem etc. It only takes one of us to reach a competent Stars employee and it might get fixed. Long odds I know.

ive literally done this over 5 times, but ill try again and encourage everyone to do the same

i think the main issue is reaching a competent stars employee though

for those having issues w cardmatch i suggest listing ur OS, stars region & build, 3rd party software and maybe that will help isolate the problem

it does seem the vast majority dont have issues otherwise these forums would be flooded. obv infuriating for those that do have issues as it seems unplayable then

Sent log files for Cardmatch crashes, received "corrupted user.ini" in response. Support are so inept it hurts.

Had a new variation of the crash today, everything froze. It was jumping quickly between "Match" and "Chat" tables all by itself - had to force quit Stars as nothing was responsive.

Is there maybe a way to mod the client to stop the CardMatch tab loading?

when PS/FT avatar bug will be fixed? can't delete avatar properly,when i play in PS client with blank image,it always shows full tilt avatar at tables.it's known bug for 6month+,at least it's what support said when i wrote 2-3 messages long time ago.

The new Powerup Poker crashes 100% of the time (Play Money)

Talking about potentially shady moves, a student was telling me yesterday that he got supernova(based on his holdem manager vip count) but the client updated it around 30 minutes later directly at 10% into the next vip step.

The cash balance is updated after each hand, the vpp one takes ages.
Sure, 10% vip bar at the old vip level instead of new one is just peanuts but collecting a few extra peanuts from a large pool seem to be worth it to amaya.

Or I may be wrong and even though it takes ages to update, they still calculated that 10% at supernova multiplier.
(taking a student's word for that here but sounded accurate to me)

I think it'll show exactly when/how he got different VIP statuses, and also show when/how he receives VPP points.

If I recall correctly, some PokerStars staff in this thread have previously said that there can be delays in the graphics appearing in the client.

Filtering in the SCOOP tab appears to be broken. If I click on the Event Filter and untick any single criteria then no tournaments are displayed:

^ u dont even need to untick anything, just enabling the filter empties the list

^ At least your client is loading the SCOOP tab... For me it has been saying "Loading..." since it came into existence. Same for the SCOOP tab under Events. Manually having to search the events and sats in the Tourney tab sucks big time.
