We're not sure what this might be related to. Which client version are you using? Please go to Help > About PokerStars and look for the 5-digit build number.

Thanks for posting. I'm not sure if this is related to the double-click problem, but it would be helpful to get your log files. Please go to Help > Log Files, add a description of the cursor problem and double-clicking, then click Send Log Files.

Given the removal of the filter for the Quick seat option is there anyway for me to join a waiting list for any 6 max tables that have between 4 and 6 player sitting (for multiple tables rather than 1 specific one)? Is this possible at all?

Regarding the 200-Hand requirement, the team understands your perspective and thanks you for your comments.

On balance, though, if it was too easy to complete, the prizes would have to be significantly lower for obvious reasons. There are some players who really like the challenge level but don’t want to risk tables breaking; those players are trying Zoom (where breaking is almost impossible).

We have considered doing variants that are faster to complete but with a lower hand cap (like we did last year), but so far it seems hitting the cap multiple times is even more frustrating for players.

Over half of players who try CardMatch each day complete at least one card that day. The majority of these are recreational players. A lot of players are coming back the next day and trying again, which is generally an indication of a fun and engaging promo.

We review the rules and setup regularly, and will make changes if needed. All feedback is welcome.

Thanks for the reply - will send the log files. With regards to cardmatch - zoom is only running at stakes of .10/.25 - zoom died ages ago at the higher stakes... im not arguing the 200 hands to cardmatch but rather the fact that fullring games almost never hit it... my suggestion would be ONE active cardmatch (for 200 hands) for all tables being played vs a cardmatch only for the table you are playing...

Single table dependent promotions would seem to be ineffective (for the player - full ring anyway) as few tables ever hit 200 hands. My last six sessions (1000 hands per/4 hours/4 tables)... zero cardmatch and never completed 200 hands on a single table...

Huge disconnect from Bulgaria,Russia,Canada,Ukraine,Germany,Iceland and more-over 20 people in skype complaining about DC issues-I am able to see tourneys playing but cant login,MTT's full tables have 4/9 people DC'ed.So its not PS down,but some countries.
I used 4 different internet providers-no luck.

logged in playing all my tables, but lobby not updating, breaks not running during tourneys and many ppl sitting out, FPPs not updating after a bust out and my cash not returned after unregistering... and the connecting box constantly running without stopping my play.
