The supernova progress bar has been stuck for over a week for me and the rebate option has been gone for 2 days.

They're probably gonna fix the Supernova bar issue by just removing Supernova altogether . But hey, we don't have to worry, I'm sure if they were to do something like this we would be notified with a year in advance... Wait.

They say they're not going to try to fix it until Tuesday.

Unless they're really that incompetent/short-staffed it's more likely that they've deliberately removed it for a few days to see what people use their points for with no cash option - whatever you do don't buy Spin & Go tickets

Same for me. It does still give you stars coin, you just have no idea when you're getting it.

regarding the disappearing hands from the replayer. Does this mean no hand history is recorded and my HM wont have that hand?

Yes you have to manaually request every 200 hands from PS. Pain in the ass

Yesterday asked to manually exchange coins to cash. Got declined. Today asked the same thing and got my money in my Stars account in less than an hour. So if you need your rakeback you know what to do.

...My guess is that today they realized that they can't fix the problem in the nearest time, so they greenlighted the support to manually do the exchange.

They've refused to do it for me, just the same copy + paste that others received days ago.

Stars are so bad now. Contact form was broken in the client too, so many bugs.

Make auto-time banks optional or at least opt-out, 6 minute breaks in MTTs, and when I bust a satellite now it is annoying having the new thing pop up showing other satelites to the same tournament when multitabling...Can this be changed? Thanks

Which one is it

1)Pokerstars support staffing had been depleted, which is why the support is now horrendously transparent, slow, ignorant and uncaring.
2) most of the competent staff have moved to positions they are unfamiliar eith, and those positions have been filled with people unfamilar woth there new roles, and amaya offers a internal payscale based on job abilities and saves more $ for shareholders because most staff are now amateurs at there new positions. No offense pal but your support is a joke now. I can provide a link that shows amaya employs between 100-200 staff to oversee important client and software changes and your software has been an unreliable piece of crap since 2014. Your support has too. Do you still pay lee jones, eric hollreiser and the rest of the muted pr staff the same pay for being PR people that tweet out music likes, burger recipes, and selectively piggy back kevin hart appearences while keeping silent on any and all player issues like this and many others.
