Which one is it
1)Pokerstars support staffing had been depleted, which is why the support is now horrendously transparent, slow, ignorant and uncaring.
2) most of the competent staff have moved to positions they are unfamiliar eith, and those positions have been filled with people unfamilar woth there new roles, and amaya offers a internal payscale based on job abilities and saves more $ for shareholders because most staff are now amateurs at there new positions. No offense pal but your support is a joke now. I can provide a link that shows amaya employs between 100-200 staff to oversee important client and software changes and your software has been an unreliable piece of crap since 2014. Your support has too. Do you still pay lee jones, eric hollreiser and the rest of the muted pr staff the same pay for being PR people that tweet out music likes, burger recipes, and selectively piggy back kevin hart appearences while keeping silent on any and all player issues like this and many others.
