Those are the bugs I have noticed while playing NLHE100 ZOOM tables (I have legit Windows 10 64 big Home Edition, everything up-to-date):

- Replayer button in observe is not working

Surprised to see such a horrible update from Stars. They have always been known for polished software unlike their competition. Guess it's gone now too.

Regarding your VIP Steps progress bar not updating, try the following fix:

Go to 'Settings->VIP->VIP Club Progress Bar' and change from 'VIP Steps' to 'VIP Level' then click 'Apply Changes'. Then, re-select 'VIP Steps' and 'Apply Changes' once again.

This should fix your progress bar, but please let us know if the problem persists. I've passed on the other issues you've reported to the relevant people. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I haven't played for almost like a year and I am on PS.eu/build 11244.

Is there anything I am missing from new features? I played on Sunday and the bug I noticed was getting disconnected for a few seconds every hour or so. That wasn't a big deal, but it was irritating that thanks to disconnection protection I kept unregistering from SNGs.

is there any functional/promotional differences in the tilt and stars software?

i havent played in a while and the deal was only available on tilt and some promotions were site specific, but that doesnt seem to be the case now. i see the deal available on stars and tilt promotions are accessible via stars

i just want to uninstall one of the clients if everything is available to both, but i will keep both clients if there are differences

Got this response when I asked if I really had to delete my user file

Thank you for your reply.

We have received a new update from our programming team.

They are working a solution to fix this issue and they have advised us to tell you that at the moment you don't need to delete the user.ini file anymore.

As soon as we have a fix for it we will contact you.

Same here.. This is not from today.. I recommend you guys you ask pstars support for the HH of the months as out of 7000 hands i was missing like 268 hands!

Only today , i missed 21 in my 800 hands session, so it was more severe today.

I also have very often the replayer bug where after a while i cannot open it anymore.

Very annoying, hope this get fixed soon, as right now i have to request HH's after every session.

The Spinball puzzle board is *much* easier to read today, with the enhanced contrast to better distinguish the pieces that have been completed from those that haven't.

Came into the thread yesterday to ask for the contrast to be adjusted, but it looked like there were more serious problems, so figured would just let it slide and make do. And now it's been fixed, so it's no longer a problem, so that's lovely. TY!

Yep got the old hand replayer crash after a short time of playing the last few days. Some times it tells me the table has closed even though I'm still playing. Completely stops working after this.

Hey guys,

can anyone show me, where can i find pokerstars.com install? I'm kinda confused, cause i was told that i will be automatically switched from ps.uk to ps.com, but then i click on update button - nothing happens. I wrote about it to support, but i'm not willing to get help before weekend...

I just played some zoom hands and a few winning hands were omitted from my HHs. I couldn't access the hands through the HH replayer and they weren't saved in the standard txt files.

Lots of people got this bug. If you email them, they can send you the complete hhs

Hey guys i recently re-formatted my computer and got an SMS message to confirm my identity which worked out fine. Few days later when i logged in i got this message "Your stars account has been frozen please contact us by email at support@starsaccount.co.uk for more information". I did so but the email bounced back saving no valid address or something

Any thought on what to do, is this a legitimate email? When i get in touch with support should I tell them that i use a VPN for security purposes (I am currently and always have been a UK resident) Thanks

I accidentally played while on a VPN once, emailed them and told them the situation cause I don't want to get banned. They said it is not against TOS to play on VPN, just playing on VPN from banned countries.

More of a concern (albeit a growing one) rather than an issue:

I opened the PokerStars client (Win 10, COM build 16193) around 16:00 this afternoon and played Spins for about an hour, 2 at a time. After I stopped, I left the client open with PT4 running in the background. I came back and started playing again (4 tables) shortly before 19:00. After another hour or so, I noticed my computer lagging a bit and running hot. I found the following details for PS:
CPU%: fluctuating between 25% and 40%
Memory: 277 MB

I restarted both PT4 and PS, and the stats for PS were immediately lower:
CPU%: Between 0.3% and 2%
Memory: 165 MB
NOTE: after 15 minutes CPU usage is now between 0.3% and 4.0%. Memory usage is up to 166.3.

PT4's usage stayed about the same after the restart.

I haven't had any issues with crashing before, I haven't had the giant log file issue, or any other of the major issues that have come up in this thread. But I have seen extensive resource use like this in the recent past by the PS7 client, and is something I would like to see improved.

Try sending to support@starsaccount.com. The UK address should be fine, but the .com will work.
